Definitely the best Samsung phone I have own so far

This is a great phone and it is super easy to use.

I love everything about this phone. I've had it for less than two months and am glad that I chose to purchase it. The only issue that I've experienced is that the screen actions were very slow this weekend, but it's back to normal now. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone in the market for a new phone.

Had a iPhone 4s and compared to my wife's Galaxy S4 it was no comparison. We are on the same network and her phone out preformed my in every way. Soon as my contact was up i updated to the galaxy s4.

It's a good cell. I love it. Only complaint is I dropped it from a short distance. It chipped & dented easily because the phone is very slippery compare to other cell phones I had. I never used a phone case before since I take care of my phone. But I will since it slipped out of my hand. I don't want to risk it.

I didn't want a new phone, I hate having to learn new phones. I was not happy with the GS4 at first. I couldn't find my apps that I was used to using and Kindle would not load. When it did all my books were gone. Once I got Kindle fixed and played with the phone, found my way around... Now I Love my GS4.

Was considering this phone against the iphone 5c as well as the iphone 5s. Very glad I picked up the S4, I'm continuing to learn how to use it. Integrates well with other Samsung products as we have a 55 inch LED TV that we can easily connect to for displaying content from the phone. Recommended device...

I have it on "easy mode" because it is somewhat complicated to understand everything because it can do so much. Color Resolution is the best!. The sound needs a boost as it is not loud enough in many situations. Navigation isn't that easy. . I use my smartphone for email, text, apps Internet and maps.

Wish I could have gotten it cheaper but over it was still a great price (I'm all about a bargain ;-))..love the color...this phone is compatible to the samsung note 2. Really like this phone.

So I downsized from the Galaxy Note 2 to this phone. I did it based on the recommendation of a Best Buy associate because he said that the speed of the internet was better. I can see where it is a little faster than the Note 2. I would recommend this phone to other people if they inquired about it.

I am very unsatisfied with my phone overall. other than the camera. The combination of the battery life, issues witih charging, and the fact that the phone gets very hot to the touch makes me think it is a poorly designed device. Unfortunately I didn't realize all of this until after my fourteen days were up. I feel like I have been taken and will not trust Best Buy for future purchases. I would not recommend this product. Fitness apps run down the battery before I complete an average walk and dies faster if I listen to music. Overall I am very dissatisfied because the reasons that I purchased the phone for still aren't able to be used as desired.

I would recommend it but still not getting good signal in house...

So far happy with the phone from what I have been able to navigate around, just a lot to learn with the little information given in the "Getting Started Book". Considering nothing was explained to me at the store level !!!!!

I was so thrilled to get this camera and waited for it and it was the best decision I made, What I have discovered about the phone is awesome and I know what I can still find more exciting technology to use. Best Buy Geek Squad game me an excellent protection plan. I couldn't be happier

I bought this phone for my daughter as she uses her phone a LOT for work. She loves it, especially the vice command feature. This is the happiest she's been with a phone yet and she gives it the highest rating possible!

Still learning how the phone works not understanding how Google works and other things on the phone. Is there a book about this phone so I can be able to use all the features. Also the Internet gets stuck a lot. Need help to learn the phone once I can do that then I can rate it better

Love my new phone....only one complaint. The camera shutter takes a bit too long and you miss a lot of good shots or they come out blurry because people have moved. There is a sports mode but doesn't work with a flash.

I really love this phone had the i phone 5 and could not wait to ge this phone. really love must faster than i phone not even close. even talked my wife into getting one because she saw hoemuch i like mine really a great phone battery could be alittle better but can't have eveything.

This was really my first true smart phone with a touchscreen and I'm really enjoying it. Occasionally the screen would freeze but I took it to my local Best Buy store and the Samsung Rep helped me out. I'm confident it will be fine. Now my wife has ordered a Galaxy S4 for herself!

Good phone for the price. I purchased it for 49.99 with 2 year contract. The S4 on sprint has 2 versions. One with 4G LTE and the other with Spark which is a 3 triband phone (3 antennas ). Depending on your location the Spark phone can get up to 1 gbps using Sprint's data.
