I bought this phone because I'm starting a small business where customers will have to handle my phone and I wanted something that wouldn't easily break. I have pretty large hands and doing anything on the screen one-handed is nearly impossible. The battery life is pretty poor and the battery dies even if the phone is sitting unplugged and not being used. Charge time is also extremely long. After 7 hours of charging on the wall plug, it went from 5% to 80%. Android software has gotten better in recent years, but it still takes hours to get the phone set up the way you want it and it's filled with a ton of bloatware. If you have the option to get a different phone, I would recommend it. It works, but it doesn't do anything well.

Fascistic phone and media player. Does just about anything you can imagine from control your TV to standing music or movies online. The radio in it is great some of the best cell reception I've ever had. Made by Samsung do you expect it to be every bit of what it is

Really enjoy this phone. The biggest difference between the 4 and 5 is the S5 is waterproof. I chose the 4 for the price and I'm very happy with my decision.

This is my first smartphone and it's just like my Samsung tablet. I don't use a lot of apps, but the few I do use work very well on this phone. I'm very happy with this phone as my first smartphone.

I bought the Galaxy S4 for my son. It is his first smart phone, but since he has the Galaxy Tab the transition from a 'regular' cellphone has been smooth and easy. He is able to easily watch his favorite YouTube videos, text and make phone calls.

I was in the market for a new phone, I have always had a droid since forever. My friends were trying to talk me into an Apple and I just want buying it. I know the droid I live the new changes and being able to navigate with out a book is great.

Happy with the phone. Unfortunately the transaction disrupted my sprint service for a whole day and the billing was done incorrectly. Had to make several calls to Sprint and Best Buy credit card services to get everything straightened out.

My S4 is awesome! I got it for my birthday and I haven't put it down yet. I would love to get a galaxy tab to compliment it. all of my apps work with the greatest of ease and the multitasking and split screen functions are great also.

At first I didn't like it, but it just took some getting used to, now I love it. My only complaints would be that the battery life is shorter than my previous S3 & it can get really warm/hot if used for a decent amount of time.

I bought this for my mom who was ready for an upgrade. Since it was an older model, the price could not be beat. There's still a learning curve for her but so far she is happy with the features such as navigation and texting.

Better than the IPhone anything! Convinced my wife to upgrade from Samsung Galaxy S3. She loves it too. I laugh at people with iPhones with their little screens and big cost!

I have been using this phone for about a month now. There are so many features I that it will take me some time to master it! However, start up was easy and I can manage all the basic functions. I highly recommend this phone.

I had my phone about a month or less, dropped it and it broke the glass front immediately, very fragile compared to older phones I've had. But going from a smaller phone with a qwerty keyboard and touchscreen was a huge step.

Love this phone! So many crazy features and things to do with it! The only downside so far is that since there are so many things you can do with it the battery drains quite fast because you are always doing something on it!!

Overall it's a great phone. The only complaint I have is that it freezes up occasionally...maybe once or twice a week. A restart of the phone fixes it quickly but can still be a little inconvenient when you're in a hurry.

The only issue I have there should not have been a activation fee. I was not informed there was one. I believe if I would have gone to a sprint store I wouldn't have had to pay the fee. I've been a customer for years.

Great for apps and reading online. The phone was easy for my kids to find their apps they like and has the storage to hold everything without bogging down the phone.

I was due for my upgrade months before I made my purchase, and I am glad that I waited. I finally decided to purchase the phone during the holidays and I got an awesome deal on it! Good things come to those who wait!

This wax a great phone. I found at sale for $99 then when sales associate scanned it. It was only $49. That was even better. My husband has enjoyed his new phone.

I love my new Samsung S4 phone! Problem is that you have to have a case to keep it safe, or one drop, and the glass breaks. Too bad I got such a pretty color, because I don't really get to see it with the case on.
