I was going to wait for the new Galaxy S5 to come out before getting a new phone...I am so glad I decided to get this S4! More features than I will be able to use, I find out something new almost every day.

need to get the speakers improved....i have a life case, maybe that effects the clarity of the speaker..... i did turn on the blue tooth and that made it better....not as good as I need it to hear clearly

I don't know if it's the phone necessarily. I just feel that there is way too much duplication of apps that do the exact same thing. I mean how many different apps does one need to listen to one song?

The phone is a very good phone but I brought it for my 12yrs old and it was to much for her. She said she it will take her some time to use it to the fullest being that it has so much things to learn.

I am really glad I went to Best Buy to get my phone, I got a lot more then if I would have renewed my contract with the provider and paid a lot less

Great performing phone. Looks great and does everything I could need. Battery life is not so good and wifi is sometimes wonky. Also need a way to remove unwanted "Sprint" Apps that come on the phone.

This phone is great. I didn't have a cell phone for about a year and the price and good review made me run out and get this phone. I learn something new about this phone everyday. Love love love it.

It's a great up to date phone. I love the endless functions . The size and weight of the phone is very comfortable to use. Easy to text and stylish . The blue is a perfect blue color for this phone.

The phone was free, but the process at the store took a while to acquire. The phone itself was a nice and metallic material, I also had one in White and the artic blue color is so much better.

I bought this phone for my husband because he needed something easy to use. Unfortunately, he's unable to hear the ringer most of the time.

I bought this phone for my son. He had one of those sliding keyboard phones. He hasn't put it down since I've bought it. He loves the graphics and the ability to run several programs at once.

I was a little reluctant on switching from my iphone to galaxy S4 but i'm so glad I did. It is taking some time to get use to it and all thing it can do, but have not said I want to go back.

I was a hard core I suff person. My wife chose the Galaxy S4 and I chose a 5S when we renewed. After working with her phone, I switched and am happy that I did. Highly recommend this phone.

After being an iphone customer since 2007, I was apprehensive about making the switch to android. But the s4 is has more than exceeded my expectations. I couldn't see myself Switching back.

I got this phone to replace an S3 and I noticed it glitches out sometimes. Sometimes opening the camera or gallery app will freeze up the phone. Other then that I think the phone is great.

I bought this phone for my boyfriend and I got myself the same one, only I bought the white one. This blue one is completely slow. More specifically, when attempting to do a factory reset, it does not in fact reset everything like it is supposed to. The background is still the same, and the applications that were downloaded previously, remain the same. Even after resetting and taking the battery out overnight, it still does the same thing. Videos do not play, and when attempting to rotate the screen, it takes much longer than normal. The physical condition of the phone is fine, but the programming is awful. When we called technical support, they basically told us that they could do nothing about it. When we went back to the store, the Geek Squad told us there was nothing they could do and that they would not replace the phone and that it was a Samsung issue. When we walked over to the Samsung counter, they also told us there was nothing they could do. Mind you, we only had the phone for about three weeks when this happened. The phone had been slow since the beginning. I am very disappointed with Best Buy, with Samsung, and with the whole ordeal in general. Now, we are stuck with this phone for at least the next two years.

I really like the phone overall, The only thing bad I can say is that when you set the notification tone , ALL the notifications have the sameone. You can't have each one different.

Bloat ware galore on this phone. Stuff that you will never use. Wish Samsung would let you choose what you wanted and install instead of loading everything including the kitchen sink

Everything about this phone is great. Fast internet and data transfers easily. Case is easily scratched or chipped, I didn't even make it out of the store before nicking the front.
