I have owned many phone in the past, most recently the HTC M8, and must say I have been pretty pleased with the performance of this phone.

Best Buy has great customer service.The expertise and service they offer is compelling and I commit in buying all my electronic from Best Buy

Samsung make great product and S4 is the proof. It was time for my upgrade and best buy was giving it out for free with two year contract.

I would recommend this to a friend. It was hard for me to switch the type of phone I had before, but since I have had I've been very happy

I've had the galaxy 2 & 3 so I knew I wanted the 4 with all the great new features. Love the phone just wish the battery would last longer

I like this phone a lot. I wish the battery life was longer, but the phone does do a lot. It's quick, it's attractive, it's a good phone.

Sprint network is HORRIBLE!!!!! Took phone into Best Buy after a day and it already needed an update that was only available in person at the Samsung kiosk. BTW...the associates at these kiosks are TERRIFIC! Phone freezes when in text mode constantly. I remove battery and reboot an average of 8-10 times per day. Lots of great apps and features BUT not sure they are worth the headache. I upgraded from the III and that was worse.

Was really thinking about switching to a Iphone this time, They had a special on the Samsung and that was enough for me..free is good!!

Glad I updated and am still trying to get savvy with the ways to use it. I like it a lot.

Great phone. I have been very happy with the Samsung Galaxy phones. I upgraded from a 2 to this 4 and have been very happy with it.

I got this for my 13 year old son. He used to have a iPhone but he loves this phone more

I had my phone for FOUR days and the screen shattered from me just hitting the corner of my desk when I placed the phone on it. RIDICULOUS.... I didn't know I had to treat it like a glass slipper. Very disappointed I would definitely say this is a manufactures default. Now I have a horrible cracked screen for the next two years....

Everything is awesome about this phone. I love the android system. Works very well, no problems except for battery holding a charge.

able to do things on it that my other phone didn't have or do. The sound could be louder or could come out the front in video mode.

I replaced my HTC EVO with this Samsung S4 and I am so glad that I did. Best Buy bought back my EVO with plenty of green to spare.

Phone is okay. No problems so far. Should come with screen cover and case for the price.
