The voice activated text feature on the S4 is HORRIBLE !!!!!!!! It captures maybe one out of every 5 words I speak into it. Very inconvenient not to be able to speak into the phone to send a message.

The purple s4 was a pretty color but after having it for a couple of days it started acting stupid so I had to take it back for a new 1 the purple s4 was a great phone until it started acting dumb...

I would have extended service with my previous phone @ work which would allow me to receive text make calls etc., now I don't have that options with this phone 4G lte is a fad to me

Since I bought the phone for my wife it's been nothing but problems blue tooth doesn't work camera doesn't work phone says can't use camera while making calls, (no call is being made). Contacted Samsung and showed them the screen shot of phone and they said I have to send the phone in for them to inspect it and repair it (about 10 days without a phone) phone is not even a month old. Very poor customer service.

Despite being a fantastic phone, the crystal cracked within 3 weeks. It cracked at the home button. Obviously from using the button in normal mode. This has been reported and Best Buy and Samsung both said it had to break from abuse. Sorry not so, Google cracked screens and S4 before you buy this phone. It really is ashamed as it is a great phone otherwise, but it is defective.

My phone intermittently cant get a data signal I believe the antenna is bad..noone will help Best Buy or Sprint

I brought for my hubby as i already had the 4. Easy for him to use and he can use the camera with ease.

I was so happy to get this in my favorite color purple. I pondered the iPhone, glad I went either the G S4

At first it was a good phone, after a month glitches started showing up, pictures froze and ive spent numerous hours with all sorts of customer service representatives and ive had to factory reset it twice.... After 1 month. After the reset the phone is great, but constantly having to reset it and having to lose everything on my phone everytime gets annoying.

I actually really like this phone, but the service we received from Samsung was horrible.

Its a good phone but it just doesn't amaze me like I thought it would when I ordered it.

The camera in the s3 took much better pictures. . Seems to get stuck when typing

It was ok. would not recommend. I went from an Iphone to samsung. Big mistake

took the phone back after one week because of no internet service on my phone The samsung people there worked on it. I left and two hours later my phone was back to the way it was NO INTERNET. I went back again a week later. The Best Buy people told me it was past the 14 days and had to do an insurance claim.. I live two hours away and spent at least $100.00 in gas /travel expenses. Horrible customer service, no regard for humanity. I'm sure the phone would work better if the samsung people would have fixed it right the first time. Maybe they need more training. The salesperson was very helpful but his Manager would not speak to me, look at me, was very very very rude.

Popup ads needs to stop if anyone know how to do that please let me know.

Don't know much about smart phones so I'm having a little trouble.

If given the chance i would get the S5 or different phone

I charge the phone up every night with it being off

Screen blank at 3 wks. Mfg had to warranty repair. Why on earth did best buy change their exchange window from 30 days to 14? I have never been so mad. I feel my phone was a "lemon" had to fight w/ BB they don't budge. Samsung wanted me to pay $161 to fix. Not gonna happen. They finally waranty'd repair at no charge. A very aggrevating experience. Not going to best buy again. Done.
