Love this phone glad I was able to upgrade from the 3. Switching from the 3 from my previous phone was the biggest jump. If thinking about changing phones at least get the three if in question about spending the money.

Overall a great phone with a fast processor. You can do almost anything on it. The speaker is not as good as the HTC One but the screen size is fantastic and great quality.

Love the graphics on this phone. Swype feature is very accurate. Fast processing. I love the fact that the phone was available in my favorite color. I would definitely refer friends and family to get this phone and best buy is definitely the place to get it

This phone is a definite upgrade from my past 2 Galaxies! It has so many features I don't know if I will be able to use them all! The camera takes awesome pictures and captures every special moment.

Enjoying the new phone alot. Keyboard works great compared toy EVO. Email interacts well with Outlook. Great size, great picture, great speed.

I like a simple and easy to use phone. Although my other phone was similar to this one, making it easy to adapt to this one. It does seem a little big for my hands. But I guess I can get use to that. Overall great phone.

My Samsung galaxy has so many features compared to my old Motorola. It's faster and can do so much more. I find its faster than the iPhone and more versatile.

My sister already had this phone and I liked it, but the price was still too high for me to consider it. Then for Xmas, it was offered for free so how could I pass it up. Since I've used my sisters phone and had a Galaxy tab of my own, I knew how to use most of the features. They screen resolution and size are great for watching videos and I like that the sound is loud and clear. I'm still figuring out everything this phone can do but I'm enjoying every minute of it so far.

I switched from iPhone 4 to the Galaxy S4. Took me a little time to get used to the Android OS. I really like that phone despite its being replaced by the S5. Sound is good, the picture quality is excellent and the chip is still powerful enough for today's demanding apps. I used the phone to its full potential so I have many of the features constantly on, thus shortening the battery life. Beside that I have absolutely no complaints. I do not miss my iPhone.

Upgraded from the Galaxy S2 to the S4 and not disappointed. S4 is faster and more functional. Lots of great features, even more opportunities to customize. Camera takes great pictures, sound quality is good. New Samsung apps included, some of which are really nice. To enjoy all of the features of the phone, signing up for a Samsung account is necessary. A little annoying to have another account to manage, but increased functionality is worth it.

I had a Galaxy S 3 and bought the S4 for my wife. Now, I'm jealous, since this newer phone is much faster and the screen is amazing. The pre-installed apps just seem unnecessary. If they are that good, I'll install them, and keep them for my next upgraded phone. Best Buy Mobile transferred all my files and most of my apps. Since the old Nexus S was about dead, it took a while, but the customer service rep got it done. and in a timely fashion.

This phone is great! I upgraded from an HTC and this is so much better. The battery life is great and I'm not always worried about my battery dying. The screen visibility and camera are great quality. The only negative for me was the size (not too fond of the huge phones) but I got over that after a few days. If you like a smaller phone, just try the galaxy mini. Overall, no complaints - I'm a happy, happy customer!

My 1st smart phone was a droid. I got suckered into buying an IPhone 4 that I regretted until the day I was able to turn it in. I am so happy to have a Droid again. I am trying to catch up with the technology I missed over the last two years. I love that I don't have to charge my phone several times a day. I love that I have the script pop up, so I don't have to type every word. Much better camera too!

I was concerned that the phone would be to big (4.7") and not fit in my pocket - however, the phone is thin and it's not a problem. I use the phone a lot for its excellent camera and the ability to store a large amount of information. I also love the large display -finally, my big fingers don't hit multiple keys while attempting to dial or text. I'm still learning the full capability of the phone.

I like this one, I recently bought it during the Holidays, it is my first smart phone I have purchased, and I am not dissapointed. It is a good size for a smart phone, a good camera with 13 mega pixels, good video quality. The bad thing is that the battery life is too short, have to charge every day or every other day depending on the phone use, nevertheless I would still recommend this phone.

Bought it as a gift. Compared to other phones, inexpensive and still highly functional for a smartphone.
