I simply created this review to be honest The call quality is immaculate The picture quality is amazin'. It's a lot better than a Blackberry Bold. Or Palm Pixi. What I'm used to. The battery life leaves something to be desired. It could be better, but this phone is a screen hogger. Most the battery is dedicated to the screen, so pay attention to the amount of juice you give it. Can't say much for the value of price. It's become all a bit misleading without contracts. The fair rating on sound quality is only because I shower with the vent on and I'd like it to be louder than both the shower and the overhead vent. Other than that, it's a swell idea. Industry is going big, small, everything in between. They are making sure they appeal to all. I can respect that. Besides the NSA's backdoors on all these phones, its a good first phone, for sure.

I'm so happy with the new S4 mini. Upgraded from a galaxy S2 and really wanted the S4, but was not so much a fan of the giant screen size anymore. Was considering the iphone 5s just because of how great it felt in my hand, but wasn't sure I wanted to make the big switch from Android to Apple. Well I found the best of both worlds. This phone is really great, ultra fast, great camera, great looking resolution, and literally perfect size for my smaller hands. No buyers remorse here, I recommend this to everyone.

This phone has 2 problems. One is the programs don't communicate with each other well the other is the major memory issue. On the memory side this phone forces you to save programs to the internal hard drive making a sd card virtually useless. Even though the phone says 16gb it is loaded with over 6gb of programs that you can't un install leaving you with less than 10gb of usable memory and the Apps can be quite large. This has me considering going back to the iPhone even tho I love this screen size and display, I just can not deal with this limited memory issue.

Sister bought the phone because of the college student plan and hasn't regret it. The camera is great and it's features.

My family has purchased at least 7 other Samsung phones in the past and found them to be good,reliable, and well made. I had this phone for 9 days. I had bought the Samsung flip cover case to protect this phone. One day, I was leaning over when the phone fell from my pocket to the floor- the EXPENSIVE Samsung case did nothing to protect the phone and the screen is destroyed from a 2' fall. Other Samsung phones that I have owned have suffered worse falls with not damage. I can only conclude that this phone is cheaply made. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.
