I love my Galaxy S 5 phone, it works great, and I am still finding new things everyday.

Love this phone. Super durable. Great battery power

I really like the phone a lot. The camera takes great photos, it's very user friendly and the graphics are great. My only disappointment is with the volume. Even when I have the volume turned up all the way I have a hard time hearing the person on the other end and even struggle to hear the ring. Something seems like there might be something wrong with it. Any advice?

I had iphones for the last 5 years, and I had to finally make the switch. The screen size on galaxy S5 definitely makes a big difference, and for it to be water resistant makes it even better. But what really made me switch was the ability to add more memory via SD cards.

Phone is very good. The size is perfect. Camera takes great pictures. The only thing i don't like is the camera is slow. When i press the Button to take a picture it takes sometimes 2 seconds to respond causing me to miss the picture i wanted. TrYing to figure it out but not much luck. I looked on troubleshooting sites and did what was recommended but silk no luck.

Online experience with best buy wasn't satisfactory. I do realize i got this as a thanksgiving sale and that one can expect latency. However it took me 30-40 minutes to get the order in but alas i put in my previous address on the order. I wanted to correct the shipping address but best buy online representative could not correct it and had to cancel the order and the re-order it again but during re-order he was unable to get the deal i had ordered. So to cut the story short i spent 3-4 hours on something that should have taken me 15 minutes.

I am happy with the product but very unhappy with the service. I when I purchased the new phone you store clerk left my personal information on the desk. I received a call from AT&T later in the day that someone had tried to purchase additional phones off my account. Because of this I had to put additional security measures on my AT&T account. I called your store and let them know this and how upset I was and up to this point I have not had any reply from your store loss protection manger that I had spoken to. Very poor customer service!

Love the phone, its capabilities, and the large screen. I would recommend this phone.

I love the Samsung Galaxy 5 phone. It works great and the battery last longer than the galaxy 3.

I upgraded from my Galaxy Note 1 and I have loved it. Very fast with the Quad core proc, screen resolution is amazing and it's loaded with a ton of new features. Charging port is reinforced compared to older S models, which is great as they used to wear down. Love it!

GOOD SCREEN AND PICTURE QUALITY. NO SO GREAT ON VOICE CALLS... HARD TO OPEN THE PORT TO CHARGE IT ,,, I DONT THINK I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN..

Crystal clear images and fantastic reception make the Samsung - Galaxy S 5 4G the phone to buy.

Had a few issues with the software within the first week. Had to backup and restore and lost all my contacts, pictures, ect. That it was supposed to back up. Once I did that the phone has worked flawlessly. Not happy about losing all of my stuff and don't know why the backup didn't work properly. Possibly it had to do with AT&T logging in to my phone. Software is quite different from my S4 Active but I'm used to it now and I really like it. Camera works great. Screen look great too. Not very "rugged" but has a lot of great features.

Really good phone! Faster and has less problems than the previous version. Get it!

Although this phone takes good pictures there are several features on the camera that are not user friendly, The phone itself is very nice overall and easy to use. However my purchase experience at best buy was horrible and I do not know if I will return for my next phone purchase. I would recommend the phone but I cant recommend best buy for this purchase.

My husband bought this switching from an iPhone to this Android. At first it didn't go very smoothly, going from an Apple to an Android. But its been about 4 months and he's getting better. I mean he had the basics, but he is still learning the features and the layout. He really likes it, but it was hard to make the transition. He's 50 yrs. The kids on the other hand have no problem with it!!

Great phone!! Great pictures!! Great Apps!! We love it better than our old Iphones.

My first smartphone was the Galaxy S3. The S5 is an extension from it. Easy to learn since I already had a Samsung. Love the new features.
