It has exceeded my greatest expectations! The ease to open and get started, access to app's, clear voice sound, The photo's are excellent, with a variety of ways to take, edit, and view pictures. I like the large size, it is easy to sea and use the letters and numbers. I like the keyboard with the numbers above it. I am looking forward to using this phone for a long time!

I've been wanting the galaxy s5 for a while, so when bestbuy had it on sale I jumped on it, and I'm glad I did! It's an awesome phone! Battery life has been great so far. I'm actually going 2 full days before having to charge it. Of course the more you use it for video and such, the faster the battery will drain. I like the blue color that's unique to bestbuy. I called in to purchase the phone and had no problems. I'm on the old AT&T unlimited data plan, so I had to pick a new data plan when I bought the phone, but I took it to an AT&T store to activate it and they transferred my plan to my new phone with no problems. Overall great phone! I recommend buying from bestbuy. It was easy, arrived quickly, and almost couldn't have been cheaper.

I switched to the galaxy s5 after having an iphone 4s for 2 years. I was a bit hesitant, but my friends showed me the awesome features the galaxy has that the iphone just doesnt offer. The camera quality is good, though you have to mess with the settings to be able to take good pictures (there are just so many options, its kinda crazy). it runs apps fast and downloads quickly too. it took a little getting used to after not being able to customize anything on my iphone, but i am absolutely in love with this phone. the battery life is so much better than my iphone was, and i've had my galaxy s5 for over a month now!

Switching from an iPhone 5c to this was liberating. Everything is customizable. The screen is big and beautiful. The battery life is remarkable considering how much I use it. Very happy I made the switch.

I just upgraded from a Galaxy S3 to the Galaxy S5. Wow, what an improvement. Battery life is very improved. I went from charging my S3 2-3 times daily to the S5 which is lasting all day.... The interface in much cleaner and the screen is really HD quality....

DURABILITY: If there is one new feature on the S5 that is a game changer it's got to be the IP67 certification. IP67 certified means the S5 has total protection against dust and can survive being underwater for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1m or less. In order to be protected against water the S5 has a little plastic plug to cover the charging jack on the bottom of the phone. This needs to be in place and the back must be properly snapped into place to prevent water damage. I'm not about to test the IP67 certification however the guys at TechSmartt performed 2 water tests on the S5 that can be viewed on YouTube. First they let the S5 sit in pool at a depth of 1m for 1 hour, not 30 minutes. Second they sent the S5 through a normal wash cycle in a washing machine while in the pocket of a pair of jeans. In both tests, the S5 survived and functioned perfectly afterward.

I had a Galaxy 2, 3 and now 5. Loved all of them! Camera is TOP of the line! Apps fast to open. Use it daily for social media. Couldn't be happier!

Camera app is better than my dedicated digital camera, Setting up the phone for email and other features I wanted was easy. Apps are plentiful and easy to download and use. Only dislike is that the User Manual is not as good as I would like.

This phone is great!!! Love how easy it is to change settings. Easy to change phone volume, mode settings, etc. The battery seems to hold its charge well- haven't needed to use my power pack at all with this phone!! Would highly recommend.

This is my first smart phone and I love it. This phone was very easy to figure out and all my contacts transferred from my old phone, facebook, and skype. The camera is also great.

I was not expecting much of an improvement over my older Galaxy S-4, however this phone is much snappier, with many more features and fits my lifestyle much better. There is a visible difference in picture and video quality too.

I don't really have any complaints but the S5 really isn't that much different than my S3. I'm still trying to figure the camera out bc it is supposed to be awesome. I miss the menu button that they changed to an app killer. I don't regret buying it but I'm not feeling like it's as special as I thought it was going to be. The battery life has been great. I like the sturdy new power cord. I like the size and weight.

I found the camera very easy to use , this is my first smart phone so I anticipated problems ..I am very pleased with the picture quality and ease of taking pictures , happy with the battery life ...no complaints ...

Upgraded my S3 to the S5 and the size is quite a bit bigger. I have average size hands but don't find the size to be an issue. I can use it with one hand without a problem. The Note series would be too large for one handed operation. There are a multitude of customization's available to make the S5 fit your usage. I really like the option to turn off apps that I am not using to help save battery life. The camera takes excellent pictures and the HD video is second to none. Overall this is a fantastic phone.

this is a great phone. I had a S3 that I HATED from day one. I was leary going to a new Samsung product, but I LOVE IT. The battery will last my entire work day and I use it a lot for work. I plug in on the way home and while making dinner maybe 30 mins. It last the rest of the night. The photos are just as great if not better than the S3. It is much easier to use. It is similar formating to the S4 so if you are use to that then it will be the same. The S3 had different keys so it took a little getting use to but this is much much easier to use.

I had the Galaxy S4 prior and decided to get this because of some of the features. I simply love Samsung's products alot. This phone is easy to see the screen when you are using the internet, and it is easy to use the keyboard for people like me who have fatter fingers. I am extremely happy with this device. I just wish that they didn't load so many programs on there that I do use or else allow us to uninstall them to remove them.

This is my first smart phone. I like it very much. The camera is the best thing about the phone. The size is just right.

THANK YOU FOR BRINGING IR BACK! Great phone, quick, well built, I love it. Water resistant is a huge plus, great screen. AT&T's bloat could be done without, but nothing a root and freeze can't fix (mostly).

This was a definite upgrade from my last phone, well needed and well worth the price of admission. This phone is fast, especially after you turn-off all the bloat-ware that comes preinstalled and turned on. The features are many and ergonomically it's easy to handle and use. I thought it would be to large, but to my surprise it feels very comfortable and is a breeze to use. I'm no phone geek, but I highly recommend this phone for the comfort, features and ease of use.

I have been an iPhone person since they first came out... Until a year ago. I purchased the Note 2 and there was a lot for me to learn, but I fell in love with Samsung and vowed to never go back! I recently purchased the Galaxy S5 for my son and after helping him set his up... I just had to have one! This has been the best phone I've ever owned!! The graphics are amazing, it's fast, has a great camera, the perfect size, and the list could go on forever!!!
