After numerous phone calls, totalling 4 hours of support time to my provider, this AT&T phone could not be configured to work properly. Internet & messaging finally worked, multimedia messaging set up was a failed attempt. My Best Buy purchase was a total waste. After one month of failed attempts, I had to purchase a new phone from T Mobile instead.
