incredibly disappointed

And the battery life is ridiculous...it doesn't use battery power, it drinks it. Otherwise, i like the phone, so i will return it and get another as i may got a bad one out of the bunch....and if that doesn't work out then it's going back for good. As impressive as this phone appears to be, i'm equally disappointed with the way it performs, NOT looks.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sorry for the 1-star but this one was dead on arrival and if replacement is OK i would put it up to 4. Bought to replace an older S3 and wanted to keep case, xtended battery, accessories the same... so thought another S3 would fill the bill and at modest expense. Unfortunate the phone arrived and looked brand new, but would not work at all. Contacted CCR warranty (BestBuy does not directly warranty this phone) and they have been quick to respond and helpful so far. Shipping phone back for replacement tomorrow so hope to have good news in a week or two. Always a hassle having to do it this way, but that happens sometimes when doing business online. Will report back on CCR warranty situation when it is resolved. Hope for good results.

Never again i will get anything from bestbuy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When i ordered this phone, they sent me a defective piece and when i wanted to return it, they said they cant exchange/return it and asked me to contact Samsung support. When i reached Samsung support, they said its out of warranty period. Best buy is selling such worst phones. Be careful friends

Good phone when it works
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered a samsung galaxy s3 phone on May 23 and received it on May 27 after only a week of use the voice volume went out. During calls the other person could not hear me. I returned the phone within the 14 day return policy and ordered another one which was $30 less than the first one. Hopefully this one works.

Screen discolored after four months

The screen of the second phone discolored four months after purchase. Samsung needs a proof of purchase for a free repair. Tried to contact bestbuy to obtain a proof of purchase but they did not respond.
