I buy a new Samsung S10 lite (appropriately named). I buy a new Samsung case. The phone falls 2 feet lands on the protected corner and still shatters. This phone may look beautiful but it's built like garbage! I've dropped my LG V30 a hundred times in 2 years and not a scratch on it! Feel free to throw in a little metal Samsung. I paid $499 for it on sale from $649 And now they want $220 to replace the screen on a $499 phone! I'll be throwing this useless thing in the trash, and continue using my LG for another year!

Samsung issued an update which stopped calls & text. I was able to resolve it by updating settings on the device. 2 weeks later another update caused the same issue, sadly this time the "fixes" didn't resolve the problem, rendering my device a wifi only device. which isn't really useful.
