I've been a Galaxy S fan for some time, having owned the S2, S4, Note 7 (briefly), and S8+. Typically I upgrade only when I believe there's been enough of an improvement over my current model to justify the expense. None of them have disappointed me (except for the Note 7, but that's a different story). Most recently, I've loved the S8+ and would continue to be happy with it, but the S10+ offers a few things I've wanted for a while. First and foremost, they've increased both the RAM and the amount of available internal storage, while at the same time keeping SD card support. (I chose the 1 TB version.) Secondly, I was never 100% comfortable with the fingerprint sensor on the S8+. Having it on the back of the phone, right next to the camera lens, seemed a bit awkward ... and I wound up often placing my finger on the lens instead. The S10+ addresses that by using the new in-display technology. I really like having the fingerprint sensor on the front ... it's easier. Finally, they've increased the battery size a bit, meaning that I'm able to go longer between recharges. Having said all that, I'm only giving it 4 stars because of few things which may or may not be as important for some. First, the in-display fingerprint sensor, though much more convenient, doesn't seem to be as accurate as the older sensors. Although it works fine *most* of the time, occasionally I'll have to try two or three times to correctly place my finger on the sensor before it recognizes my fingerprint. Also, once my finger is correctly positioned, it often seems to take a bit longer to register than on my S8+. Another minor disappointment is the camera ... specifically night shots. The three lenses on the back certainly help produce fantastic photos in ample light, but when it's dark, the photos often appear a bit fuzzy and/or muddy. Lastly, I'm a bit disappointed that Samsung chose to stick with the UFS 2.1 storage technology, instead of the newer UFS 3.0 standard which doubles bandwidth (resulting in faster performance). Given that this is their 10th anniversary flagship, I would have expected the latter. So, no phone is ever truly perfect, and the S10+ does have a few minor flaws, but overall it's an excellent phone and I don't regret my purchase. It's an outstanding piece of technology and is certainly worth considering.

Been using Galaxy phones for many years and have always loved them. Switched to an iPhone kinda against my will 6 months ago and have hated every second! This phone is fast, light, has a great screen, and tons of memory and RAM. Battery life has been pretty good, best of the Galaxy phones I've owned, but not really as good as has been hyped. If you used the phone sporadically you will get a full day. I've been using mine on and off for about 7 hours and I am down to 59% right now. Heavy use no way getting a full day. Included screen protector was a nice touch I did not know about when I pre-ordered. Now just need to wait a few week for my free earbuds to arrive to see if those are any good. Triplecrear camera is nice to get added wide and zoomed shots.

This Samsung Galaxy S10+ is amazing! Brilliant color, great photos and great reception on AT&T. Lightning faat connections to internet and blue tooth.

So far I really like this phone. I'm upgrading from the Galaxy 8+ so there's quite a difference in hardware. I purchased the extra memory (1TB) because I've had issues with running out of memory on previous phones. With several kids and businesses I'm always taking pictures and videos and seem to eat up memory pretty quickly. The cameras are nice especially the slow motion video capabilities. I'm a disappointed, for the money, this phone is not 5G compatible. It's because of the lack of 5G that I would not recommend this phone but rather wait until the 5G version comes out.

The Galaxy S10 Plus, with the incredible 1Tb of storage, is the phone / media device that is always in my pocket. It is the highest quality, Swiss Army knife-type phone on the market. As a phone, I have had a ball using the device since I received it from Best Buy (bravo their great shipping!) and my criticisms are so small as to not even be worth mentioning. The camera takes low light pictures that no iPhone will ever touch. It is easy to use in auto mode, with the pro mode making it very close in quality to many $600 cameras. The more I use it, the better I like it. I use the audio daily through the LDAC Bluetooth codec, and my nearly 800 gb of hi - res audio has provided me endless hours of enjoyment on trips and to and from work. I look forward to filling up the phone to the brim, as I discover new music all the time. This is the main reason I chose the massive 1 tb drive. I hope this helps make your decision to buy this expensive phone easier.

I have had it for a week now. No complaints, awesome screen. Fast everything. Happy 10 year anniversary to the Galaxy. The did it right with this phone.

12gb of ram! 1TB of built in memory!!! I got the ceramic white. I like how it feels a tab but heavier than the regular ones and how the metal around it has more of a rose gold tinted to it

I love this phone it so fast and has a tone of space. The only reason for the -1 star is Best Buy or ATT not sure which shipped the phone with a DOA sim card so I had to go to an ATT store for a new one.

I was blown away by how much of a difference there is with the s10 plus very fast and plenty of storage

Great tech to use and experience new features. Only thing don't like is order 2 but didn't get both as expected waited long time which is bad experience I have to go through.

I made the leap, and went with the high end 1TB, Galaxy S10+, and it is simply the best phone, camera I have ever used. Highly recommend! Best cell phone hands down!

Love this phone, there is learning curve with the new operating system but so far it's awesome. Bestbuy's support getting started was awesome too.

Pre-ordered and it came in on 3/8. BB took over 30 minutes to located the phone but activation went smoothly for AT&T. Setup quickly with no problem

The ceramic on this phone is premium and is way better against any scratches or cracks. Highly recommended.
