I upgraded to the S10e after owning an iPhone 6S for a couple of years. Prior to the 6S, I had owned the 5S, and 4S before that. I grew up using Apple's iPod touch before I moved into their phones, so needless to say, I was very much only used to apple software when it came to phones. However, I made the switch to Samsung because I grew tired of iOS as well as the ridiculous pricing on Apple's part. I got this phone for $549 unlocked, so it was a great deal. This phone is extremely fast and not sluggish or buggy at all. It's been just as reliable as my iPhones when they were new, despite what some people think of android devices. OneUI has really been easy to grasp, and it made the transition simple. I spent a full day getting used to everything and adjusting the settings to my liking, but I am loving the customization options this phone brings. The camera is also not as bad as a lot of apple users make out android devices to be. Sure, it's not DSLR quality, but neither are iPhone cameras once you zoom in. I am really loving the wide angle lens, and have taken pictures that I never would have been able to take without this phone. At the time of this review, this phone is only $449 unlocked. Absolute steal for what you get at this price point. I would not hesitate to buy this phone if you are on the edge.

I had been using my Note 5 for almost three years when it finally decided to retire on me. I was looking at new phones, and there were so many to choose from. I had a lot of Samsung accessories from having the Note 5, so it seemed pointless to go to a different phone where I would possibly have to migrate into a new ecosystem. After deciding between the 10+ and the 10e, I decided on the 10e for one main reason; the flat surface. Maybe I didn't spend enough time with it, but I did not like the curved edges at the end. I prefer the flat surface. The phone is fast, vey responsive. After about 5 minutes I stopped noticing the Infinity-o camera cut out on the top right. The cameras are both top notch. The best part is that the phone fits comfortable in my pants pocket, and is comfortable to hold. I thought it would be weird going to a smaller phone than my note, but my Note was just bigger due to the bezels, and I do not miss those thick bezels one bit. Also, I got it on sale for $450. Yay... saved $300.

upgraded to this from a moto z. I really like the smaller size plus it has a great camera and better performance. Plus battery life is much better.

I love this phone so much. The ease of use is key in purchasing a mobile phone for me and this is exactly what i was looking for. The fact that it came with a massive 126 gb is a huge add-on for me and I am grateful the curve screen found in the larger ones was not added to the s10e. Price is not crazy either and although the camera isn't as massive as seen in the larger series it still does not affect the phone in anyway as I am quite ok with the camera that came with this phone. The only cons will be the placement of the fingerprint as I am not really a huge fan of the side fingerprint placement which it was on the screen but it's still ok.

This replaced my Galaxy 5s and it was certainly worth the price. Based on speed alone, this 10e is a winner in comparison. It has taken me a bit to get used to the new settings layout but it's easy to search for settings until you become accustomed to the new arrangement. The camera is also far better than my old 5s as is the battery and time between charges. That plus the speedy wireless charging feature make this a winner. Highly recommended.and I hig

For this being the "budget" version of the S10 line up, you absolutely get your money's worth. The size is perfect and actually fits in your hand unlike the crazy sized phones nowadays. The camera is STUNNING, I will always be a Samsung fan because of their camera quality. It's a speedy little phone, great memory, and gets the job done.

Needed another phone. I broke from the family and got a Samsung (instead of a certain fruit). Couldn't be happier. This phone is fast, takes FANTASTIC pics, holds a charge all day (unless I game it to death), and has a fantastic screen. Happy boy!

Got 2 of these from the open box section, they have been great phones, we didn't want a huge phone, but still wanted descent camera, screen, and speed which is exactly what we got.

This phone replaced Samsung J7, so it's an upgrade. Camera is better, more memory, more disk space, better processor. Got it at a decent price during black friday/Christmas sales. I love everything about it so far.

I really love this phone, vraiment! I was a worried about battery life, but following setup on YouTube, it's not an issue. Fast! Great Vid. My old phone worked why upgrade? It's like moving from my truck to my wife's Corvette.

Upgraded from an s7. Much faster. I chose the s10e for the size. I like my phone to fit and be useable in one hand. Not really any new features. Camera is a little better. But it is MUCH faster.

Been a Samsung Galaxy user for years and this is my fourth Galaxy phone. I was trying to figure if I need to buy the Pixel 3XL, 4XL, S10 or iPhone 11 Max. This phone won against all of them, mainly because of value to money. The experience with the phone has been great, the battery stays for about a day and this is my primary phone. The includes using social media, phone calls, mobile data/WiFi being on all the time and for music. The wide angle lens on the camera is extremely good and brings unique perspectives while photographing. The phone does get hot at times and that's my only concern about this device. Everything looks great!

I was still lugging around and clinging to my S7 when it met with a sorry fate after one too many drops in a broken case that no longer protected it. I've finally upgraded to a phone without a button. I love that this phone is about the same size as my S7 but with a bigger screen. The screen is beautiful in comparison and the camera is great. I can finally take pictures at night. The phone is fast and does everything I want. I also find it easier to type on compared to the S7. So far I don't have any regrets. I waited for the price cut before buying it since its complete BS that Americans have very few choices in terms of phones - you can buy a high end quality phone for significantly less outside of the states. I refuse to pay flagship prices for something that will quickly be outdated.

I've been using this phone for 8 months now and really enjoy it. It feels fast and gives you the Galaxy experience at a lower price and smaller form factor. Its smaller size makes it more comfortable to hold in one hand and place in your pocket. The fingerprint sensor isn't the best though and the Bixby button is useless to me as I don't use it. It would be nice if it could be reassigned to do something else, like open the camera app. Speaking of the camera, the quality is great as well. Not the best, but it can punch a little above its weight. Coming from an LG G6, this phone is definitely better even though the screen has a slightly lower resolution.

I came from a Pixel 3 XL that was buggy. I loved the software experience and camera but the little bugs started to make the phone a hassle to use. The S10e is the first phone I've had that's not the top of the line but it doesn't disappoint. It doesn't sacrifice anything major over the more premium models. Camera is 80-90% of Pixel's camera and video recording is even better. Screen is amazing and the software experience is surprisingly great for a non stock experience. I will probably give Pixel another shot on a different phone but I have no regrets going with Samsung.

Love it so far. Fast and the camera is great. I love how you can get up to 256 GB of storage plus have a SD card. Picked this over the iPhone XR because apple’s setup never really appealed to me and the no headphone jack made me angry. This Samsung has a dedicated headphone jack and is smaller, which is great for small hands. Also their keyboard setup is better. The only downside is google music player has no way to play songs continuously so I have to use Spotify instead.

Great battery life compared to friends' I phones. Excellent camera. Android platform is easy to use with minimal learning curve when moving from older model to current phone. Appreciate the sl smaller size option as it fits in my bike top tube bag better than the S8. I do miss the flashing light notification for text messages now that the dual sided camera lens has taken up that position in the upper right corner of the screen. The only notification option is audible and that can be annoying!

Haven't been much of a Samsung person. Liked this phone because of its size and features. BB had a sale so decided to try it. Have been very pleased. Functions are good except for the fingerprint sensor- mounted on the side, its sometimes quirky and does not read- especially with a case. I did find my battery drops very quickly after charging, but it recharges quickly. Camera quality is excellent, and screen seems better to me over the fully curved ones on the S10 big brother.

Bought this phone for my husband as an upgrade to use on Verizon. He loves the phone and especially likes the quality of the camera. Only issue with the unlocked phone on Verizon is that Visual Voicemail and Share Name ID don't work. Using Google Voice to provide the capability for Visual Voicemail and that seems to be working fine. I have a Galaxy S8 which I'm still happy with but I would consider upgrading to this phone if the need arises. Got this phone when it was on sale for half price.
