I upgraded to the S10e after owning an iPhone 6S for a couple of years. Prior to the 6S, I had owned the 5S, and 4S before that. I grew up using Apple's iPod touch before I moved into their phones, so needless to say, I was very much only used to apple software when it came to phones. However, I made the switch to Samsung because I grew tired of iOS as well as the ridiculous pricing on Apple's part. I got this phone for $549 unlocked, so it was a great deal. This phone is extremely fast and not sluggish or buggy at all. It's been just as reliable as my iPhones when they were new, despite what some people think of android devices. OneUI has really been easy to grasp, and it made the transition simple. I spent a full day getting used to everything and adjusting the settings to my liking, but I am loving the customization options this phone brings. The camera is also not as bad as a lot of apple users make out android devices to be. Sure, it's not DSLR quality, but neither are iPhone cameras once you zoom in. I am really loving the wide angle lens, and have taken pictures that I never would have been able to take without this phone. At the time of this review, this phone is only $449 unlocked. Absolute steal for what you get at this price point. I would not hesitate to buy this phone if you are on the edge.

I had been using my Note 5 for almost three years when it finally decided to retire on me. I was looking at new phones, and there were so many to choose from. I had a lot of Samsung accessories from having the Note 5, so it seemed pointless to go to a different phone where I would possibly have to migrate into a new ecosystem. After deciding between the 10+ and the 10e, I decided on the 10e for one main reason; the flat surface. Maybe I didn't spend enough time with it, but I did not like the curved edges at the end. I prefer the flat surface. The phone is fast, vey responsive. After about 5 minutes I stopped noticing the Infinity-o camera cut out on the top right. The cameras are both top notch. The best part is that the phone fits comfortable in my pants pocket, and is comfortable to hold. I thought it would be weird going to a smaller phone than my note, but my Note was just bigger due to the bezels, and I do not miss those thick bezels one bit. Also, I got it on sale for $450. Yay... saved $300.

I haven't own many phones and I truly needed a phone upgrade and the galaxy s10e caught my eye. It's a very nice smart phone. As for price, majority of nice smart phones are expensive. You get what you pay for and it's well worth the money for this type of phone. I am a android user and this phone has many helpful features. It's user friendly and easy to setup. It's like having a small laptop in your pocket. The battery life is very good, the quality of the phone is built to last (you'll need a phone cover and screen protector). The memory on the phone is big enough to download the factory/required apps and updates. If you are like me, I like to take many videos/pictures on my phone so a micro sd card is a must (512g or 256g). The video quality is awesome. The photo taking could be better but it's still good quality. I mainly use this phone for web browsing, using the phone apps for work and money management apps/credit card. You won't be disappointed with this phone.

I like the size and weight. The other flag ship Samsung phones are starting to go to the verge of tablet size. Also six gigabites is very fast and responsive,I do not think and extra 2 gigabites is going to be noticed, let alone needed. Price is very reasonable for what this phone does.

I've been shopping around for a newer phone. I tried of my iPhone 6, getting old now. I'm a long time customer with Best Buy and always found great deals. Just have to be a little more patient. Found this newer phone S10e at a great price! I've went to AT&T, since Im a costumer there, but they could't match this price! So, back to Best Buy I went. Also signed up with Sprint provider, has a monthly cost of $45.00 for new customers. Can't go wrong. So far so good, the new phone is working great! The phone is just a little bigger than my iphone 6, but it fits in my front pocket of my jeans! Also give thumbs up for the Reps that helped me that day! Thanks!

This phone replaced Samsung J7, so it's an upgrade. Camera is better, more memory, more disk space, better processor. Got it at a decent price during black friday/Christmas sales. I love everything about it so far.

Upgraded to this phone from a Samsung Galaxy Avant and man, what a huge upgrade! Storage space is much better, Android interface is awesome, phone gets a lot of update support, it's fast as heck with its processor and RAM, the screen resolution and picture quality is awesome (and the Gorilla Glass makes it really durable, though I still use a screen protector on top of it too). The IPX 68 rating has also saved my butt a lot of times, I've dropped this thing in the toilet twice and once it dries off, it's like nothing ever happened to it! Been using it for a year with no problems. Got it for around $400 and it's the only phone I see myself needing for literally the next 5 years.

Great value and quality for the price. Perfect size to fit in pocket. Long battery life and plenty of storage capability.

I bought it last year and I am satisfied with it. I found a good deal at that time. The only problem is that it is no 5G

Bought this phone for my husband as an upgrade to use on Verizon. He loves the phone and especially likes the quality of the camera. Only issue with the unlocked phone on Verizon is that Visual Voicemail and Share Name ID don't work. Using Google Voice to provide the capability for Visual Voicemail and that seems to be working fine. I have a Galaxy S8 which I'm still happy with but I would consider upgrading to this phone if the need arises. Got this phone when it was on sale for half price.

This phone is excellent overall, but comparing its camera with the camera on the Pixel 4 that I bought for my son at the same time it is not as good. Yet I paid $100 less for this phone and was still able to get the 128GB version instead of the 64 GB. I would recommend this phone over the Pixel 4 if you are on a limited budget and does not mind a slightly inferior camera.

the s10e prices are now more reasonable for a person that doesn't want to spend 1000.00 for an elite phone.the s10e is no different than the s10 other than screen size.with the new phones coming out with 5g and some questions with too much high frequency linked to Cancer and kinks that need to be fixed id wait another full year

I absolutely ADORE this Android! It is efficient, battery lasting and although quite pricey, it is not as outrageous as other name brand phones in the market. Purchased from Best Buy and being able to finance it is awesome and pocket saving. This phone is one I would repeatedly recommend!

I love samsung phones but hate the curved screen. With the trade in offers at the time it only cost me $500. Really hard to beat the price and in every way an upgrade to my S8. Solid purchase.

Great phone! I got it unlocked and use it on a monthly service and save hundreds! All the features still work. Great screen! Lightweight. Good battery life, fast processor.

For those who don't need EVERY BELL AND WISTEL. This phone works very well. It's worth the price. Easy to use, and worth the price tag.

Samsung nailed it with this one. It's the perfect balance of features, quality and value. It has all of the major tech/features of the more expensive models at a great price. Combine that with the deals and you can't beat it.

I bought this for my wife. Unlocked is great because you can switch carriers without a lot of hassle. The price is a lot better and she didn't like the waterfall edges anyway. Great that Samsung realized not everyone wants every little feature and offers a reduced price for those who are willing to have something more basic.

I used to have a Galaxy 7, then to the pixel 3a, and now back to samsung. This camera is great. Definitely worth the price.

I love this phone, it is a perfect size and the touch Id sensor is phenomenal. It is great for the price!
