    Came loaded with lots of software crap from all over. Very hard to clear out all this junk, it was so bad that within a few days we returned it and used the credit to buy a Google phone of roughly equal value. At least with Google the adware & bloat all comes from a single source.

    First let me say the store is not the problem.. The store has been very helpful.. The phone is Junk. Drops connection to Bluetooth randomly. Tried four different Bluetooth devices. This is the 3rd Samsung S phone I've owned. Dont want another one. Ever.

    Worst cell phone I have ever owned. It has had numerous problems that have never been fixed. I have had numerous Samsung phones that have been wonderful but this one has been a real lemon.

    phone has a problem with firmware, it will turn off and then to get it turned on again is a big pain in the butt,it's still under warranty so samsung is gonna be informed.

    Too much junk preloaded, overheats on a 1/2 phone call. Poor customer service from Samsung. Samsung used to be a good name brand. Not any more.

    Just a heads up - my unboxed phone very much already had someone's info in it prior to being formatted so it was unusable

    I have always had Samsung Smart phones. I have loved everyone until the S10. The screen does not function property while I'm talking on the phone. I have muted people, hung up on people, made a conference call all by just talking on the phone. I paid dearly for this phone and am so disappointed. They do not seem to be able to fix the problem. At one point, I could not comment on group texts. I'm not a hater but I hate this phone. I would not recommend this phone. I let the Samsung help desk connect to my phone, at one point, and they shut off the automatic Wifi connection. I got an overage charge from my carrier because I did not realize it until the provider sent me a notice. The worst experience I have ever had with a phone.

    Nothing but Issues

    I am a relatively techy kid and wanted something new so I switched from my Iphone 6 plus. I have had nothing but issues since day one and I learned the hardway that best buy cant help you. The warranty is backed by Samsung so any issues I have to go out of my way to the authorized samsung store and any service issues you have to go to your carrier. The best part is when neither party thinks the issues is there and no one helps. I wish I stuck with my iphone. It just always worked and I never had issues.
