    I have been a Galaxy fan for many years. However, my new S10e constantly drops calls due to it’s poor signal reception. Sprint, Samsung, and Best Buy say they are unaware of this being a problem...no help and 5 days past the exchange window. After searching Google, you guessed it.... this is a very common issue. Maybe in the coming days after Samsung acknowledges the problem, maybe a fix. Right now, buyer beware if you need a reliable device for “talking.”

    Possible used opened product

    I bought it at the store, then went to other store to pick up because they didn't have a stock. After I picked it up, I checked the phone box. Outside seal was double layered clear tape only on one side, which possibly opened before. When I opened it, dust and scratch on outside of protection film on the phone. Each individual charger and extra convertor wasn't in a wrap. It was almost new, however I wasn't happy that sale person keep said it's brand new unopened product. I had to take it because I promised to my girl to get a phone that day. I love samsung s10e a lot, but I wasn't happy to get 'opened one'.

    My first Galaxy phone and likely my last

    Pretty disappointed in this phone. After hearing so many positive reviews on the Galaxy line I finally waded into the Samsung pool and I think I made a mistake. The volume buttons stick constantly to where I can't change volume at all and if I can, it's all the way up or all the way down, they stick terribly. The proximity sensor is a nightmare, constantly hanging up on people, calling random numbers, turning on the speakerphone function, the sensor just doesn't do what it's supposed to, never experienced this on any phone let alone one at this price point. Bluetooth connectivity to my car or portable speaker is hit and miss, many disconnections. I've kept it in an otterbox case since purchase, never damaged it's just a glitchy phone that obviously needs some fixes from Samsung. At this point I'm not at all happy that I bought this phone, should've stayed where I was with a phone costing a third the price and none of the above issues.

    Too Small

    Would not recommend this phone at all. Way too small for my hands and eyes. I would take this back, but with the current environment, I don't know how it would work and I don't want to lose my phone number. I am completely disappointed in this phone. I wish I had the opportunity to have looked at other phones before having to purchase. My previous phone gave up on me after over 6 years and working from home I had to have a phone immediately.

    Fancy way to send texts. It's best and my favorite feature. Speak and send. No more typing unless you really want to wear out your fingers. Still a three to four step process to make a phone call. I have recommended that my friends not spend the money for such a pricey telephone. There were hidden costs. Big complaint - no matter how good the product, be honest about the true cost from the beginning. I truly wish I had not bought this phone.

    Stressful, can't get my important apps to work pro

    I've worked with the phone for two months and cannot get it to work with my ring security. It has been the most stressful phone I've ever had.

    Why 2 Stars? Well, everyone has different opinions, so, in my opinion this phone it’s too expensive when the quality it’s average, it get super hot easily (my device) at least... I don’t know others people experiences, but mine is not good at all.

    BIXBY button was the dealbreaker

    I would have loved to keep this phone, and I could have learned to deal with some of the samsung interface differences, and bloatware, but the fact that there is a DEDICATED PHYSICAL button to something I would rather completely uninstall.... I had to return it. The camera was great and the tricks were good, phone calling wise, decent... but I want google photos as a default gallery not some dumb samsung gallery app and no bixby at all. Yes you can change certain things, but not enough and not easy enough in the settings. I gave it a weekend of testing. That button needs to be changed to be way super EASY to tweak if it is important enough to have a physical presence and be so in the way. Dealbreaker.

    This might be a great phone if the features would work. I have had a problem with Bixby 2.0 from the start. I spent quite some time on the chat with Samsung Tech Support just to find out that they said there is a problem with the phone. The camera is nice and the phone looks good. Phone calls got a little harder with Android 9 because they took the favorites tab away. Now it is just recent, contacts,keypad and places??? What in the world. Put back the favorites tab. Still I can't help but wonder about how this phone will work over time. Guess we will see.
