Factory screen protector developed bubbles. Store wasn't trained, no resolution. Talked to both Samsung and best buy personnel who had seen the issue before. Tried to reapply protector but no joy. Phone is great size. Will try samsung corporate. Not sure how well best buy supports post purchase experience. Think I am on my own.

Good photos. The problem I am having my be due to the Sprint/T-Mobile merge. I got hung up BIG TIME in that madness. On the other hand, the volume goes down long and out of the clear blue sky it jumps LOUD. Too many new unwanted icons are put on when it updates (hate that!!). the voice mail messages can only be held for 4 days before they are automatically delete. AND, on voicemail it used to give you date and time at the beginning - (very helpful) and efficient for me. HOWEVER, now you have to listen to the whole message and press a bunch of buttons to get vital information That sucks and take way to much time. Yeh, I know - it's the service - but you asked!

5g ain't what its hyped up to be. Phone is too small price isn't tho. Will say phone is fast AF out of box and it a samsung so it's already better than anything apple can do xD

The built-in Bixby button on the edges is rather a nuisance / unnecessary for users like myself who do not use Bixby. The front camera resolution did not meet its proclaimed standards and the auto-wave/auto-capture without touching the button to capture a photo function does not really work 100% all the time. Overall, a good phone for day-to-day use.

But I returned it the next day. The face recognition was 50/50, the fingerprint reader is a stretch, literally, to use and often required two to three tries when using even the super slim case I had. The Samsung OneUI is meh. Get a Pixel 3 instead, you'll have a much better Android and camera experience

I liked the size and camera. But the battery is not good. It run out the battery fast.

Overall the Samsung S10E is very disappointing for me. It is not as fast and definitely not as accurate as I was used to with my Pixel phone. When I purchased the S10E there was no date if and when the new Pixel 5 was going to come out, which is why I bought the S10E rated next best phone. Best Buys return policy is 14 days from date of purchase. The date for the new Pixel 5 was announced 17 days after my purchase date. I had asked if I could exchange and was told it was outside the return date, and no exceptions were ever made, even though the Pixel was several hundred dollars more in cost to me. I was very, and still am very disappointed.

I got this after using an s8 for years. The camera is great it. It runs faster. But the battery is awful and the quality of the screen is terrible. I ordered a screen protector when I got it and in the week it took to get to me, the screen got 3 scratches. I had it in my pocket (by itself), my table, or on my bed. I don't even understand how it got scratched. I had my s8 for 3 years, the last year without a screen protector and my screen looked like new. The phones charges fast which is good, but it tears through a full charge like crazy. Even just letting it sit by itself with no apps or texting or calling, it'll go through 25% in 3 hours.

We like the phone. Unfortunately, we were guided toward an unlocked phone instead of a Verizon phone. Not only did we pay $100 more for an unlocked phone, we don't get the built in Verizon apps and extras. Voice mail, call rejection, multi-tasking on data is not even available to us. We need to take it to Samsung now instead of our carrier providing assistance. That really sucks....We were told it was BLOATWARE and steered away from it. If you plan to stay with a carrier that you like, DON'T BUY AN UNLOCKED PHONE!

I'm technologically challenged so my review may not be fair! It took me two trips to the store to get it connected to my carrier. Not all the apps from my old phone transferred over. I'm still figuring out the camera. I don't have a clue what the voice mail icon is or if I even have a voice mail in the inbox. As is most tech items these days, it comes with virtually no instructions. Apparently people are just supposed to know how it works. Someday I'll learn.

The preinstalled Samsung apps do the experience no favors. Replace and disable them all! Why does Samsung have a browser? It's horrible. The keyboard is a real disaster, capitalizing any nouns, learning at an immensely show pace. The voice typing is maddening. The good news is that if you replace the keyboard with "Gboard," all typing falls into place. The super frustrating thing about the phone is Samsung's apps. Get rid of those, and the phone is fine.

Phone is good.....improved features but nothing extraordinary compared to phones 10 years back....Network providers blame cellphone companies reputation when they have network issues....Just a blame game for organizations sucking customer money.

The camera alway locks up by Samsung's Bixby Vision update. I can not delete or disable the Bixby; tried to update few time but it still comes up when I tried to use my camera. Sadly I have to go back to iPhone after few months of trying.

Battery life is great. Phone lags sometimes on 5G service.

I purchased this phone for myself and enjoyed the features and the look of this device. The problem I had with this device was the battery life. I found that my previous LG phone held battery life far more then this phone and I ultimately returned it a few days after purchase.

Normally I’m an Apple person but I bought this phone to use for my business since the front facing camera will auto focus. The only reason I don’t like it is if you put it in your pocket it magically unlocks on its own. I’ve tried everything I know to get it to stop but nothing works.

The Galaxy S10e is a great phone has many different fetuses and a pretty solid camera for its class. But lacks the premium feel you get with other phones. Feels very cheap and not well made. Almost the os is very confusing and bugs a lot.

Such a decent phone. Sometimes the sound goes wonky on me and I have to restart the phone to get it back--- not sure why this happens. Other than that, it's a great phone at a very expensive price.

I bought this phone for my spouse, and from what I’ve seen and witnessed, it’s battery life is rather poor, and the overall performance of the phone is just average.

My brand new s10e froze twice after having it only a couple days.
