The toppest smarphone quality, everything is good the complain is the fingerprint placement.

I've been using this phone for 8 months now and really enjoy it. It feels fast and gives you the Galaxy experience at a lower price and smaller form factor. Its smaller size makes it more comfortable to hold in one hand and place in your pocket. The fingerprint sensor isn't the best though and the Bixby button is useless to me as I don't use it. It would be nice if it could be reassigned to do something else, like open the camera app. Speaking of the camera, the quality is great as well. Not the best, but it can punch a little above its weight. Coming from an LG G6, this phone is definitely better even though the screen has a slightly lower resolution.

Haven't been much of a Samsung person. Liked this phone because of its size and features. BB had a sale so decided to try it. Have been very pleased. Functions are good except for the fingerprint sensor- mounted on the side, its sometimes quirky and does not read- especially with a case. I did find my battery drops very quickly after charging, but it recharges quickly. Camera quality is excellent, and screen seems better to me over the fully curved ones on the S10 big brother.

Screen is great, although I find myself looking at it too much and strain my old eyes. Very fast at loading and running apps, which is a huge improvement over my old phone of 4+ years. Camera is awesome, including the portrait mode where you can adjust the background with blur and/or b&w. My only complaint so far is this: the lowest volume setting on the alarm is still too loud for me. Could that be updated with a software patch, or am I stuck with this volume?

I got this phone to upgrade an older and larger LG stylo phone. The size is perfect for me b/c I can operate with one hand and most phones now days are the size of mini laptops lol. The camera quality is beautiful and so far battery lasts all day! So depending on what features you're looking for, this phone packs a lot of punch in a smaller size! It's considered the mid tier of the S10 series, which is a good quality and average price! Oh and unlocked ready to be activated easily!!

Easy to use, has plenty of memory space, has a good camera.

My last phone was an Ion 5 that I had for years, needless to say this is a giant upgrade in every way. Plenty of storage now for apps, games and photos. Only 4 stars because the thumb print reader is hit and miss, I'm in automotive so may just be my beat up hands.

Hard learning curve coming from an S5 but lots of new things & helpful apps available. Still trying to figure out basics. Not as many ringtones or fonts to choose from, some details left out like choosing dialogue box appearances, etc. No choice on if you want everything synced. Privacy is definitely limited & you are connected to many other sources whether you want to be or not. Phone itself is very nice. Camera is smooth, ez to use, takes clear pics. Fast upload/download, lots of space. Phone volume not very loud but acceptable. I would say for the money, the S8 is just as good for now. I had an S5, so I went all the way in my upgrade.

Pros Battery life- is great compared to other phones I have had in the past. I am a Samsung Note type of person but decided to give this one a shot... which ended up a good one. I use my phone often and my battery can last up to a day and a half or 2. So if you don't use it alot it might last you longer. Picture-this takes great photos and has way more options to change if you wanted which is a plus for me! Comes with fast charging port which is a plus normally takes no more than an hour and a half or 2 to charge if you still have juice left.

I have been an iPhone user since eternity, I went to purchase an iPhone X but was getting a lot of discount on this so bought s10e unlocked. Pros: The size and form is perfect and much better than the existing iPhone models. Screen is very vivid and and High-res. This phone is much more bang for your bucks than an iPhone. Build it much solid and rugged than the iPhone, infact on my first day of purchase I dropped it while running on a tread mill. it flew a mile before hitting the floor (without case) and survived with no scratch. a lot of customizable options. The dual cameras are great and the camera is much better than any iPhone cameras that I have used. Cons: But as expected there are a lot of small details which the manufacturer has not considered. For instance WhatsApp integration is quite poor, the screen does not light up when WhatsApp calls and texts arrive (my biggest concern since I use it a lot). There are way too many customizable settings, so much that you get lost in the settings app and its difficult to find your way back to the same setting option. One of the things that I dislike the most is that when a WhatsApp call is coming in, there is no way to silent the phone without turning the screen on. It can be a real issue if you forget to silent your phone during a meeting.

A fantastic phone. You get so much memory space especially for me who stores a lot of images/artworks. The phone is fast and loads apps quickly. Love that they gave a free (already place on) screen protector. A great phone for mobile app games especially for those rhythm games. One issue I have is the camera quality. It is bad at taking pictures in dark/dim areas. The pictures come out pixelated especially when zoom on the image. Still a great phone after almost a 1 year use.

Upgraded from an S8 and honestly can't really tell the difference. Minor upgrades i would say are the camera, screen to size ratio, battery is a fraction bigger, and more ram which is not too noticeable. If i could go back in time i would pass on this...unless you can get it on sale. I've seen the unlocked version go for as little as $350 with activation. Over all solid but not as impressive as one would think.

I love this phone it works very well if it didn't have 128gb base model storage I would be very upset because it comes with so much bloatware facebook preinstalled, all of googles apps plus all of samsungs same but alternative versions of the apps its so annoying you cant remove facebook

I appreciate that the 10e offers some great upgrades without some of the bells and whistles of the 10 standard. Let's be honest, not everyone wants all the new and expensive tweaks that come with each phone iteration and a 1000 dollar price tag seems ludicrous for many. The 10e has performed flawless for me this far, and at 350ish dollars versus 1000 dollars I can't complain.

A great phone with flagship specifications without missing out on what most users desire. I particularly enjoy this device because as a user with smaller hands, it fits better than the s10 and s10+ variants. The fingerprint reader is also very responsive despite not being built into the display. This phone is a great flagship without all the unnecessary bells and whistles most people might never need or use.

The S10e, although not as flashy as its larger siblings the S10 and S10+, is a great bargain as the latest Samsung flagship at the time (2019) and is the last Samsung generation that actually still has a headphone jack and a microSD expansion slot, something which was been ditched from the S20 and onward. With 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, the phone is sleek, fast, and able to easily multitask between multiple apps. Overall, I highly recommend the phone, apart from an issue I had with the battery which was discharging rather quickly after a year's usage and started bulging/protruding from the phone's backside in the second year of usage, making me believe it had swollen. I contacted Samsung phone support immediately when I noticed it and even though my phone was more than a year out of warranty, they promptly sent me a shipping label to send my phone in, and replaced the phone battery for me for free within a couple weeks, which was excellent service, leading me to strongly recommend Samsung.

Purchased this phone for my son. Quality is very good as to be expected with any Samsung galaxy phone. As an unlocked device it provides the convenience to work on any major carrier. The phone is a smaller more manageable size. It is speedy and takes really good pictures. Definitely recommend this device.

I am an Apple user but for work I use Android just makes things easier with applications we use. This was a great phone at a great price and I’m still getting use to the screens but so far no issues and the size is better than my iphoneX. Cameras is great and I use everyday steady and sleek. Nice looking phone as well.

Good battery life is good memory is good size small

Upgraded to this new phone from an older galaxy. Camera is good, sound is good plus has a dolby audio option that i like fo a deeper bass. Only problem i have is the texting buttons are made for people with smaller thumbs so constently correcting my text. Screen graphics and processing speed is awesome!
