I looked at the S10, but decided to pay extra for the S20. So far it has been great. Used the camera on our vacation and it took great pictures and video

Overall I like the phone but preferred the way I connected on Galaxy 8. S20 needs to be turned on and not just a button touch on the bottom of the phone.

Despite the considerable price tag, I am very satisfied with this purchase. This phone is everything it was advertised to be and more.

Purchased this phone twice in three months. I made the mistake of buying an unlocked phone directly from Samsung. What is not clear with an unlocked phone is that you can not use wi-fi calling. Shame on Samsung for not making this known, and shame on the carriers for not allowing this feature to work. WARNING - Do not purchase an unlocked phone unless you know you don't need service where cell coverage is weak. When I repurchased three months later, I purchased the second phone through BestBuy. As for the phone itself, it is a nice phone with the latest technology that you would expect in a latest release. It also fits better in my hand than my Note 20.

Love the camera on this phone and the memory is unmatched. I don't regret the purchase.

I came from a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and thought I would love this new phone. I dislike it and will be returning it today. 1) the volume button is on the opposite side from my S9+, it has a hard time recognizing my finger for texting and signing into usual apps I was able to easily with my S9+. I tried to adjust the text size and that didn't help. I have small fingers and there should not have been this problem. I went into Best Buy last night to try and negotiate the return but AT&T's service was down, so I'll have to do it tonight.

plenty of hard drive space. Super fast web browsing. More functions than I need. Camera is amazing. No problems or complaints so far.

The setup on this phone was so easy and almost everything was replicated from my old phone. Very impressed with this product so far.

A good sized phone for me. I like this because it has the expandable storage slot that the newer models don't.

I like the usability and the camera. The styling of the pho e is great samsung always comes through and they did just that.
