Was torn between 2 Phones to purchase and the Agent told pro's and con's for both. Gave examples of how each phone would work for me! Very impressive! I chose the Galaxy S20 and love it!

So happy to have joined team Android! Great phone, great camera, reasonable price and not beholden to Apple for anything! So much more for the money than an iPhone! Highly recommend!

So far, my S20 is operating as I expected. It's almost identical in size to my former S8. I'm still in the process of tweaking some settings, but overall, it has all the features I need.

Replaced my S8 with the S20 at the suggestion of the BB tech person. Glad I did as this is much needed more dependable unit. Easy to transition my apps from the old phone, passwords, etc.

Love Samsung phones! My only issue is the mobile data seems slower than my old S8. Not sure if thats because 5G is not yet available from Verizon in my area.

Great phone with improvements over my Galaxy S9. Definitely has better voice to text technology, And seems to have better reception. Pleased with the quality overall thus far.

If you look on Samsung's site the specs will show that this phone has 12GB RAM and a MicroSD slot. This Verizon model has 8 GB RAM and NO MicroSD slot so you are limited to the 128GB internal memory.

I purchased this on a sale. Was definitely an upgrade from my s9. The only complaint is having to choose between high resolution or high refresh. It's sad you can't have both...

We have had Samsung Galaxy phones since the S4. The S20 is just another great product by Samsung. Best part is we got it for $550 instead of the $1000 from Verizon.

it's a nice Samsung phone, a bit overpriced when you consider the price jump from past phone at launch with no corrisponding jump in performance.

great phone, 120hz refresh, flagship specs and the pink color is an awesome iridescent hue. Don't pay a grand for it. Not worth that price, get a discount like I did.

this phone has capabilities that were once only available on computers. This is a very productive tool and way more than just a phone.

Great phone. Went to see if my old phone could be fixed and they said yes, but cheaper to buy a new one. Glad I did. So much better than old galaxy s9+

I really like this phone. I transition from iPhone to android and I don't regret it. Everything about this phone is awesome and I am very glad with the purchase.

I used to just get the free phone, then when the Note 8 came out I saw it and had to have it. I t started giving me issues so I picked this up it's great!

Was disappointed to find out it does not take sdcards or storage expandable. After told by associates it had that ability

Was told I didn't need a screen protector... so now I have a 12 day old phone with a scratched up screen. Do not believe the hype. Bought the otterbox case which did not have a screen protector, didn't notice til salesman put it on and when I questioned it was told this phone had a built in screen protector. REALLY DISAPPOINTED

There is nothing that I've tried on this phone that hasn't worked as expected. The pink phone looks great with a clear case.
