I Love this phone. Got it thru Verizon and so far it works great. Everything seems faster. Never lost a signal yet. All the apps I use work perfectly. Definitely would recommend it.

Love my new phone. Love the motion pics it takes. I'm still learning new things. Not sure about Bixby.... I installed google assistant to use instead... I'm used to it.

I have been really liking the phone, but got it for $500. I don't think it would be worth $1K versus a lot of other cheaper phones on the market.

This phone is top notch and the 5G is good when it is available. I got over 500 Mbps on 5G. Overall the phone has a nice screen and the camera notch is minimized.

I bought this for my daughter who had an S9 before . She especially likes the longer battery life with this phone. Everything else lives up to Samsung quality.

I tried going to this phone from an iPhone. I found it to be a great device but found keys to be too narrow for my fingers and the screen scrolled so fast I found it frustrating to text. I have very little patience and It was back in the store in 2 days. I had initially bought it for the camera but couldn’t stand it long enough to give it a try. It’s nice but not for me. I’ll stick with Apple.

the phone is very nice, pictures are great. some features really aren't much different. overall I really like it. still experimenting.

we've been using the samsung galaxy line for the last 10 years and this is the first model i've been disappointed in, first off i did assume it had a sd card slot which it does not this is only on the uw model so it wasnt as easy to transfer some of my stuff over, it also seems to drop calls more and buffers more, i had the galaxy s9+ before this and would say as a whole it was a better phone

Features not as good as past phones except camera & 5G

The phone is everything I expected and more. Amazing battery life. The transferring of my information was effortless. Best Buys performance was stellar.

Great phone. Smal sizel and great power My apps were all installed at the store. I had minimal difficulties in getting them all up to speed.

The phone is great and the transfer of files from my old Samsung was seamless with the Samsung Smart Switch app. Battery life is fantastic as well.
