Not what I was expecting to receive when ordering a $1200 phone.... big red sticker on an opened box. Mine is even more of a Best Buy exclusive than just the color. By the way, who opens a box with a tape gun or whatever they used to open this thing. I have never seen a knife that can pull that off. Worthwhile to start your 'box opening' videos with the shipping package first, to catch your reaction to stuff like this. I don't look forward to the forthcoming debate about the $45 restocking fee when I return it. And don't get me started on the other S20s I preordered which are delayed and haven't shipped yet.

I've been purchasing Samsung's S flagships for almost every year since the Galaxy S2; I skipped the S3 and the S5 because I didn't like their designs. After having owned the S20+ for more than a month, I have to say that it's pretty good. At $1200, though, I feel it's no longer a good value flagship for an S flagship device. If you already have a S10, then the S20 might not feel like a big improvement. Almost everything is just an incremental improvement, like the cameras, the screen, and the performance. But if you're still rocking an older phone that is >2 years-old, then you'll be in for a treat. I hesitated getting the S20+ but I still got it because my total cost after BB gift cards and certificates (plus a trade-in) brought down the price below $300. I would recommend the S20 phones only to people who own a Galaxy S8 or earlier device due to its high price. _____ *Pros: -Big and gorgeous screen. -120Hz refresh rate is very smooth and fluid. -The screen is no longer very curved on the sides, making it easier to find well-fitting glass screen protectors. -The camera launches quickly and the shutter speed is very quick. Photo & video quality is excellent. -microSD support. -Speakers sound loud & clear. -OneUI is getting better and better. -Despite being large and heavy (on paper), the phone feels well-balanced and it's easy to handle. -5G support. _____ *Neutral: -No more audio jack. -OneUI still isn't as customizable as Novalauncher & other third-party launchers. _____ *Cons: -$1200 for an incremental update (over the S10) is too expensive.

I love my S20+. Even though I'm not a fan of the larger sized phones, I actually love this one. The color and design are great. Camera, video, battery life are wonderful to me. Love the edge lighting although I can't get it work with some notifications even though I have it set that way, but I just got it so I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually. Has a lot of cool features and I am really pleased with my purchase so far, besides the price. The phone is too expensive, but if you don't mind the tag would definitely recommend.

Amazing phone. Display is very smooth and brings out nice vivid colours. Scrolling down in apps is very satisfying. Battery life is amazing with an average of 6 hours of screen on time, charging has been great with the phone. Overall, it's a snappy, great looking, well-built phone for a reasonable price and I'm not at all sad for having left the Pixel ecosystem so far.

Just upgraded to the S20+ and while there are not a ton of major differences from the Galaxy s10+, there are some notable upgrades. The battery life is amazing, the placement of the camera's on the front and the back are much better than the s10+ and the picture quality is amazing. The phone is much faster and what the phone can do is just outstanding.

this phone is way faster than my S8. Also I changed overnight, and at 6pm, I am at 70% battery. My S8 would have been at 20% by now. Clear screen, nice pictures. Love the Best Buy Aura Blue color. The best buy sales people were also awesome!

great camera! pixels are great. I really like it. The super fast charge is awesome. I use my phone quite a lot during the day. One charge and I'm ready to work! I do miss not being able to contact my speaker - everything has to be bluetooth. That's one drawback!

THE S20 PLUS IS THE BEST ANDROID EVER MADE, I HAVE OWNED SAMSUNG GALXY PHONES FROM THE S3 UP TO NOW THE S20 PLUS, THE S10 PLUS WAS A GREAT PHONE, BUT THE S20 + IS EVEN BETTER 6.7INCH SCREEN, AND ITS EVEN FASTER THAN THE S10 PLUS WAS, DOWNLOAD SPEEDS ARE GREAT ON 4GLTE, I HAVENT USED THE 5G YET, BUT WHEN I AM IN A AREA WITH 5G, I WILL USE IT, I KNOW IT WILL BE UNBELIEVABLY FASTER THAN ANYTHING I COULD IMAGINE, JUST A FUN EASY TO USE TOP END SMART PHONE.

I've had the Galaxy S20+ for a week, after switching from Galaxy S8. I've always bought phones at the Sprint store, but Best Buy was was a lot cheaper so I decided to try it. Best Buy made it very easy to transfer my old Sprint phone to the new one. I love how now I can use the Smart Switch and transfer all of my photos, app, contact, text, everything like it was on the old phone. I was worried the phone was going to be too big, but it really isn't, I got use to it right away. The camera, battery, storage space are amazing! Best Buy shipped quickly and I had tracking so it didn't sit on my porch.

The S20 +5G is amazing, it's 6.7 inch screen is awesome great quality and clarity for videos, movies and photos plus live streaming. Completely blown away with the camera and it's functions has so many features, also love the hands fee usage of it you can hear clearly very well along with the DUO feature or any other video chat apps the video and audio clarity is top notch couldn't be more pleased. Glad I upgraded finally!!!!!

I previously had the Samsung Galaxy 9 ..I upgraded to the S20+ and I am very pleased with it. It's pretty much similar to all other galaxy but I really like the size if the screen and the camera quality. My daughter also upgraded to this phone and is very happy as well! I'd definitely recommend this phone to others.

The phone is amazing. It's fast and vibrant. And its battery life is good as well. I prefer this because its cameras are solid too and its not a downgrade.

Screen is great. Camera is great. Battery is great. 5G is great! Only drawback I can think of is the inaccurate finger print reader which is hit and miss.

I love the s20+ unfortunately, after 2.5 years, a manufacturing defect caused a green line and pink line to appear. Samsung issued free repair for the problem in india and vietnam for phones up to 3 years old, but not in the us and other countries like the uk and australia.

I finally had to upgrade my old Galaxy phone due to running out of space. I was planning on getting the S10 + but when I got to the store they were having a great deal on the S20 +, so I got that instead and I'm so happy that I did. It is so much faster than my old phone and I love the larger screen. I haven't learned all of the features yet, but I'm anxious to do so.

Very happy with the speed and connection. Camera has great color and clarity. I use it when I travel overseas and after rebooting when arriving in the new country works just like I am in the USA. I have not noticed any lag in any of the apps whether in USA or overseas. The only problem is I cannot get this phone with a dual sim card through my provider. So I have 2 phones to keep track of while traveling, both Galaxy S20 plus.

Best Galaxy phone yet! No issues. Great camera, super fast, and plenty of 5G in my neighborhood to connect to!

Let's just begin with I started out regretting this phone. I actually received it FREE for adding a line to my account so I was really jacked about it. Come on, free phone AND the added bonus of the pre-order Samsung money!? I ended up receiving $150 of the possible $200 and a free phone for a line we were adding anyway. Loved that deal! Well, the phone came and right off the camera and battery were worse then my s8. I was so disappointed! I tried it for a week and a half because I couldn't get back to town and was ashamed to take any pictures. When I did get back the Best Buy rep checked it out and we even had the Samsung rep see what he could do. Couple of factory resets later they exchanged the phone. All seemed OK for the first 2 days then weird stuff like screenshots were blurry and my speaker sounded blown. I made a special trip back to town to start all over again. This time my phone rep went to talk to a friend in Geek Squad who said they just released an update that fixes all of these things. He did some things and got this update going. WA-LAH! HOLY COW huge difference! If I had stuck it out just a few more days on the first one I would still have my blue phone and everything working great! The pictures/video are awesome. There are a few features that I am getting used to like all the buttons on the left where I am right handed. I'm using YouTube to find out everything this phone can do but I do feel it was worth the initial trouble! Oh yes and I chose the Galaxy buds plus for my other free stuff!
