I finally upgraded from my trouble free Galaxy S5 I had for over 5 years. I hope to have as many trouble free years with the 128gb Galaxy S20 FE. So far, it is much more powerful with faster everything. Setup was time consuming but easy. The screen can be a little finicky where you try to touch requiring a few taps. Hopefully due to the factory screen protector. I'm waiting on a good, durable case with built in screen protector like my S5 OtterBox defender to be released. I use Google voice, keyboard, text to speech, etc rather than Bixby. I like the camera 4k ability. So a proper micro extreme card is needed to be able to utilize the better formats. They are cheap now at 64gb and 128gb sizes. The 128gb S20 FE has 6gb of ram. The more expensive 256gb has 8gb of ram. I don't game so 6gb of ram is plenty fast for me. Gamers look at the 256gb w/8gb ram. Which is laptop ram. There is more bloatware, from Samsung like AR apps, and ATT(my carrier), that can't be removed or disabled. So with minimal downloaded apps of my own I am left with 35+ gb of internal memory being used after disabling what I could out of 128 gb. A lot more than my old S5 which had only 32 gb of internal space and 4 gb free for years. The S20 FE also uses 3-3.5 gb of ram always out of 6 gb at all times. That's why for gaming get the 8 gb ram version or it'll slow down and get hot likely. I notice zero warmth never gaming just surfing, reading and watching videos. Videos load super quick. Look fantastic. Even Google maps loads in a second or two where as my S5 struggled to load Google maps. Hopefully I get 5 years out of this phone when I can get an OtterBox defender case to properly protect it. It is supposed to be water resistant like my S5. Just wish phone's had removable batteries still. I recommend this powerful phone to anyone who needs a new phone and won't spend $1k + on a cell phone like me. So many great phone's $600 and below out now that $1k phones are just stupid.

A good product at a reasonable price. This replaced my previous Samsung phone that I had for a few years. It is about the same size, is a little bit faster (processor), has a better camera and has more memory. The only negative is it cannot accept additional storage like my previous model. However, the 128GB should suffice for my needs. I like the phone.

The phone is really good for it's sale price. The camera takes great pictures without effort. The phone is fast and smooth. Once I got the phone setup the way I wanted, it's a lot better than my old phone. The minor downsides are that the under screen thumbprint reader isn't as good as an actual one and some of the Samsung apps are just bloatware and I would like to put Google Home as a home page but you can only use Samsung's version of that, so I just disabled it. Overall I wouldn't choose a different phone.

The good: The 120Hz QHD+ display (although you cannot use both at the same time) feels very smooth to use, the specs are great so you are unlikely to experience any noticeable lag when doing anything on the phone (although if you don't live in China, South Korea, Japan, or the USA you will get an inferior Exynos processor instead of a Snapdragon), and the software offers many useful features, such as Bixby, a talking assitant, and upday, a curated news feed. The camera is good, but not exceptionally so - we'll get to that in a bit. The bad: Contrary to the phone's aggressive marketing, the camera is not the best in the market. There are other phones by different companies that I am not allowed to name that can do the same things this phone's camera can do but better. The 100x zoom is also unsurprisingly mostly useless, and it is usually made worse by processing, leaving the image looking less like a photo and more like an oil painting, hence the 'space zoom' is not really a feature. But that is not the biggest problem.

I am very happy with this phone. I ordered it Black Friday weekend and now I've had it for almost a month. So far it has met or exceeded my expectations. It is fast, takes great pictures, and has a good battery life.

Very fast and easy to use. Fingerprint scanner on screen is great. Takes awesome pictures. Battery life is good even with heavy use, work and play. Screen view is excellent. Very happy with purchase.

Really like this phone....fast, lots of storage, long battery life. Easy to purchase on my carrier plan through Best Buy website. Curbside pickup was super easy.

Excellent phone offering the quality/speed/usefulness that we are used to from the Galaxy series of phones for a better price. No issues, you get what you pay for here. The phone is a little less money because of the plastic back plate, lower spec camera and lower ram. That said, it's still a very good quality bang for the buck phone. The Best Buy and ATT promotion made this a steal.

Outstanding phone; plenty of features and speed. Runs graphics-intensive mobile games with no issues at high resolution. Very good camera, but not quite up to par with more recent phones; still takes excellent pictures in normal lighting conditions, plus the "night mode" works quite well. Highly recommended.

Great phone, got this as a significant upgrade from my LG Pheonix 4. Can download a ton of apps and picture quality is great. Runs fast and is reliable

Great phone, long battery life and fast processor. Easy to set up and transfer files. Best Buy had a great price and sale. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Definitely faster then my previous phone, samsung s8+, however some of the apps seem to take longer to load, but that could be a number of things. Kind of wish it had a headphone port. Nice screen too.

Had a Samsung 4g and Upgraded to Samsung S20 FE. The speed and 5g are awesome. Also, customer service rep and Samsung rep did an outstanding job.

This a an amazing phone for the prize and I loved going back to samsung phone. The phone is robust and fast to use. 5g works great as well.

BIG CHANGE FROM MY GALAXY S7 BIGGER SCREEN AND FASTER THOUGHT THE SPEED WAS MY INTERNET BUT IT IS A LOT FASTER STARTING UP AND THE TRANSFER FROM OLD TO NEW PHONE WAS VERY EASY

Twice the battery life of my old Samsung. Great speed and wide bright screen. Rapid charging too. So far very happy with it.

This Samsung phone is value for money! It has all the premium features that other costlier s20 phones have except for camera which is ok! The 6 GB RAM is enough for my use. It's fast and looks nice in the hands! Fingerprint, face detector everything works fine! If u get it in a deal around $500 then it will be an awesome purchase!

I got this Galaxy S20 during the holidays at a great deal whats not to like I used to have galaxy s9 and it a big jump from s9, specially the OLED screen makes it much better display and its faster and better camera.
