    Well we did get a new phone for my wife the web page was easy to work around in and make the purchase. That is where most of the transaction went down hill, you can't go in the store to pick up what you has bought and when you get the phone all you have is a phone and a box no service support at all I had to install the sim card which by way did not work. Which forced me to go into the ATT store which was a lot more helpful than Best buy. Not a happy camper.

    Phantom Screen Issues

    I aquired this phone the day after it launched. It phantom texts,selects apps, and makes copies of things when I haven't even touched the phone. If I do select something, another selection half way across the screen is selected. I've turned the touch sensitivity to it's lowest and am still having issues. Occassionally the drag is lagging and the image will start shaking. I love Samsung but it seems this phone has first launch problems as other customer have expressed the same issues to Samsung.

    Not as good as my S8 was, .any things i want to turn on and off can't figure out, and if i turn something off it turns other things off i don't want off. Also interfacing to car is to easy, its to smart, i had to figure out how to turn off, it took 4.5 hrs at store to change over. I've had to figure a lot of things out and still some issues not right, simple things like keypad functions, notifications, oh and knew thing it does not have that if i knew ahead i would not have bought, there is no LED indicator light, eg showing charge status, and notifications, i have not figured out how to get visual notifications. Also i don't like the feel, i would not advise.

    It's a great phone, but I am returning it. It could be the best value android smartphone ever IF Samsung didn't screwed up with display - ghost touches, missing touches, glitchy zoomin, zoomout. 3 firmware updates later nothing is fixed, it's so sad, cause otherwise s20 FE is perfect.

    spending little over 3hrs in best buy to get this phone was uncalled for along with the attuited i had gotten from the young lady that was helping me she was very rude and not perfectional at all and also she had messed up my other phone by activating a new sim card in stead of putting my old sim card in the new phone she had a really hard time listening to her boss and i but far as the phone goes it is ok
