Lost call volume on day 3, cant hear unless I have it on speaker, then have to turn it all the way up to hear. I have a military grade case with almost 1/4" rubber buffer surrounding the full perimeter, but the phone fell about 18" onto a wood counter and cracked like a bird egg. Just nothing good to say about the phone other than it looks nice. I Have spent about 3 total hours on hold with my local store to ask how to deal with this mess.

Though in all fairness I knew I was stepping down, and this is what I could afford at the time. Screen is very inconsistent and not of good quality.
