I upgraded my Samsung S9 for this new S20 FE. I liked the larger size, but upgraded mainly because of the continual issues on the S9 when on the phone. After 3 minutes the microphone cut out and the person could not hear me, so I had to turn on speaker phone to finish the call. This ongoing issue was from day 1 of owning the S9. I have to say I am really impressed with the S20 FE. Have not had 1 call issue with this phone. I love the screen and camera does a decent job. So far this is my favorite phone and it charges really fast, another plus! Awesome phone! Best Buy is the best - they set everything up and I walked out with a completely working phone.

This phone was a refreshing upgrade from my 6 year incredible model - picture quality and screen awesome. Features are easy to use and 5g technology works nicely. Price is worth it

Great phone. And the price is amazing too. $350 with Verizon activation. Samsung's A series phones cost more and give you a lousy Exynos processor and low end specs. This is speedy, smooth, great screen and has a 3X optical zoom. Plus the standard and ultrawide lenses. Yields great pictures and video. Wireless charging and waterproof to boot. Who cares if the back is plastic - it's covered by a case anyways. Great buy!!

So far so good. This phone replaced my Galaxy S7. It is larger than the S7, and I am still getting used to no Home Button, only electronic. Screen is gorgeous. I don't take a lot of photos, but the ones so far have been very good, and I will enjoy the options that the different lenses afford, and the easy to access manual adjustments and settings. Music sounds amazingly decent on the little speaker. No quirks noticed, yet, which should not occur anyway. So, two weeks in, I am happy with the S20 FE.

May be more phone than I really needed, but I wanted solid battery performance--long standby, in-use hours, and fast charging. That the screen and cameras are great is a bonus. The battery life is outstanding! Charging is very fast. Hopefully the battery capabilities don't degrade too fast (my last phone, 3 years in, only holds a charge on standby for about 4 hours, less than 1-1/2 hours if I'm actually using it.)

Great phone, but what else would you expect from Samsung. The cameras are great with the zoom features. It runs fast and smooth, especially when it connects to 5G.

I ordered this phone for my husband. He’s had no problems with it so far. Setup was easy! He was upgrading from another Samsung so we just did Samsung Smart Switch to transfer all of his contacts, apps, etc. over to this new phone. He said the camera works awesome! He was glad that this phone still has the microSD slot because he had things saved on a card from his old phone that he needed for work and after reading reviews, I saw that the newer model Samsung Galaxy no longer has that card slot. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. The price point was very good also!

I've had this phone for almost two years and it's been the best overall smartphone I've ever had as far as reliability, speed, battery life and screen size. I came from an S9 and many Android phones before that (all the way back to the original Droid). I'm hoping something comparably positioned will come around by the time I'm ready to update.

Upgraded to this phone from LGV20. Night and day differences. Battery lasts all day without recharging. Much faster processing even in multiple applications/programs. very easy to use!

Great phone at a great price! Coming from a Galaxy S9+ I've had to get used to the volume rocker being on the right instead of the left...no headphone jack, which is okay, bought a dongle for that...no LED notification light...in-screen fingerprint sensor instead of on the back of the phone. Poor selection of cases out right now, hopefully more will come out. Petty stuff, I know! I still recommend this phone regardless!

Great budget option if you don't need the full-fledged flagship device. Battery life is decent and seems to keep up with multitasking just fine.

Loving this new toy!! Still getting used to it and learning ALL it can do..and ....it does a lot ..fast!! There is a ton of storage. I had tons of pics and apps on my old phone. This BABY took it ALL and still has room for 3 times as much ! The only weird thing so far is that Off button is on the pull down menu at the top of the screen. I wish I could have a teaching session to go over ALL it can do.

I love the amount of space that the phone provides 128GB..The camera quality is excellente.. I gave it four stars, because it is extremely larger than I expected or used to....

I am really enjoying this phone after upgrading from a Samsung S5 that still works, but by comparison - ever so slowly. The S20 is very fast and there seems to be no limit on the number of Apps that will fit in the memory. I was able to install the 256 Gb micro SD card from my S5 with no problems. It fits right behind the SIM card that is pre-installed in this S20 FE. Watch for discounted sales prices that only come from Verizon as reduced monthly payments. The price for my phone dropped $4/month the day after I took delivery on my phone. Best Buy is supposed to have price protection, but in this case I would need to turn in my phone under the 14 day trial plan and buy a new phone. Too much bother after porting everything from my S5. The store was not willing to work with me to fake this and "sell" me my existing phone at the lower price.

Great phone, easy access and navigation with apps. The camera has great definition and battery life is very good.

Pictures are very clear colors are very bright very easy to use would highly recommend this phone. Size is good

This Samsung Glaxy S20 FE (Fan Edition) 5G UW was purchased for my Mother. And it was exactly what we were looking for! I personally use a Galaxy S10 Plus currently and this phone will just about give it a run for its money in alot of ways! And the price was great with the $200 saving thru best buy! - Great Camera - fast CPU - Awesome Display (including 120 hz screen refresh rate!) **My S10 Plus doesn't even do that I'm pretty sure** - Just a well rounded awesome samsung phone
