Great phone but costly

One of them has been great while the other malfunctioned and would constantly shutoff. Probably a lemon otherwise I would give the phone 5 stars. The malfunctioned phone after a few days started working again like normal. Could it have been a fluke? The insurance that was purchased is a different story. I would buy this phone again if I had to.
