Customers commend the Galaxy S21 5G 128GB for its exceptional camera quality, impressive battery life, and user-friendly interface. Many appreciate the phone's size and performance capabilities, along with its 5G connectivity. However, some users express disappointment over the lack of a headphone jack and an SD card slot. The positive feedback on the camera and battery life significantly outweighs the negative comments regarding missing features.

Disappointed to lose the microSD and charger, no significant camera improvements, no aptX HD, and no UWB, but overall I'm still happy with it. The plastic body is totally fine and I like the size. Does it knock my socks off? No. But it's pretty fast, the UI is pretty good, battery life is decent. Would've liked to see those be flagship-level excellent instead of just pretty good, but for the lower price and offers, I guess it's fine. Would like Samsung add a battery health information like that found on Apple iPhones.

Bought the newest Samsung Galaxy product(S21 5G) when I started having connectivity issues related to AT&T's rollout of the new 5G network. This upgrade certainly fixed the problems I was having, and then some. The S21 seems to be at least 2X as fast as my old S8+ and has greater functionality/technology with regards to the camera. I was initially upset with being forced to replace a seemingly fine mobile device, but in the week I've had this new device I've come to think it was a good buy.
Thanks Samsung, for another great product!

Great phone for the price. Camera is at least 5 times better than my galaxy s8. Super fast processor and great finger print reader. I recommend getting a case to increase fall safety and also improved grip. I don't like bulky phones and this is one is the perfect shape and size. One handed operation is flawless.

I bought this phone through AT&T to replace my S6 Active that was having serious battery drain issues. I'm not a real heavy user of a phone, so I was just looking for a phone comparable to my S6. This S20 has exceeded my expectations after four months of use. The battery life is very good. As a medium user of a phone, the battery lasts well over 24 hours. All apps transferred over and they all work as usual.
Camera and video work well and I am pleased with the quality of both. This phone is probably more that what I needed to match the functions and capabilities of the old S6, but the price was very good, so why not bump up to a better phone?

Love this phone! Good size, great functionality, and long battery life. A huge upgrade from the S10 I was using before. I wish it had a memory card slot, however.
Camera works great, and I love the adjustments during low light settings. I've had the phone for over a year and no scratches! This is commendable given I have an infant and a toddler around...

I love this phone. It replaced my S10. I especially like the camera. I think the pictures produced by this phone are very very good. Even though this phone is larger than the S10, it doesn't feel unwieldly. I like the fact that it utilizes 5G and have not had any problems connecting with ATT's network.

Have only had for 7 days but I'm completely happy thus far. Responsive and easy to navigate, for me, because I'm not the most tech savvy on the planet. Pictures are AWESOME! Meets my every expectation. I highly recommended. Size compares to my Galaxy 8 and it suits my needs just perfectly.

Previously had the S8. There is a noticeable difference is resolution and performance. Would recommend other to upgrade. The only change I'm not the biggest fan is that it no longer allows external SD cards for storage. I'm assuming the 128GB and 256GM will eliminate the need for SD cards.

This was an upgrade from a galaxy S4. I have been resistant to purchase a new phone, and am glad I waited. Set up and transfer of my info was smooth and painless. The battery life and wireless charging capability is an excellent feature. I also like the way the pre-installed apps are grouped in the settings - Samsung apps, Google apps, galaxy apps - are each in their own tidy little group so that I can choose which ones I want to activate. Using the camera is much easier and fun even though I haven't quite learned how to use the features yet. I especially like the placement and quality of the speaker and the ability to do one touch video calling with my grandchildren.

Upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active!
Phone works good overall but i would rather they kept the SD Card option!
I'm not a big fan of 5G and so far it doesn't operate in 5G, depends on availability of 5G!
None of the S21 phones have a SD Card Slot.
The phone doesn't have a mini headset output you may have used in the past, it uses the charging port, so another expense.
Battery life is good and the fast charging is great.
You can get external storage, also extra expense.
You will need to invest some cash into peripherals!

Traded in my Galaxy S8+ and was pleasantly surprised by how familiar the phone is. Part of this is the great software my salesperson used to transfer data as it also recreated my home pages and transferred my downloaded applications. How convenient. Obviously took a while to delete the inevitable spam-ware that Samsung installs, but overall I could not be more pleased by the speed and battery life which seems to last forever.

I upgraded from the S7 Active and am so glad I did. This phone is amazingly fast and responsive. The pictures are beyond great...some of the best I have seen. I threw a cheap 11 dollar case on it to ensure the screen is fully protected and it doesn't interfere with the wireless charge at all. If you are on the fence, trust me, you want this phone.

This phone is Amazing! The camera is photoabsolutely Incredible! I have taken many photos in my life overall and much with 35mm. Awesome to take photos with this kind of camera on a phone. I upgraded from a Galaxy S9. Love the android phones. Had zero issues with the S9, and I should experience the same with this one! Processor Speed is very positive with the S21. Thank you.

Surprised it was light and small. I can fit in my pocket and easy to use with only one hand. The zoom is fantastic. Never had such intensity in a phone. I love the fact that the fingerprint is on the screen and not on the side or back. Makes it so much better to do.

I came from an S8. From a performance standpoint, I like this phone. The camera is great but the position on the phone leads me to touch the lens often. The button layout is not good for one handed use. If im watching videos for example, I need to use a second hand to change the volume often. On that note, my biggest issue with this phone is the size. My hand isn't getting bigger, why are the phones? I wish the standard phone was smaller. I use my old S8 around the house on wifi because it's so much more comfortable. I've got at least average size hands for an adult male but I'm constantly stretching to my limits to operate this phone one handed.

Excellent features and easy to use. Excellent quality Camera . Battery life could be better. Lot more features than my previous Samsung phone. It is a bit too expensive. The Samsung rep at the Best Buy store was very helpful. Without his help and knowledge, I would not have bought the phone.
