Very happy with the phone after a couple years. It is still fast almost as it was when new. Camera zoom could be a bit better.

I upgraded from Note 9. The Note 9 is the best phone ever made but it wasnt holding charge after havung it almost 4 years. The last update did it in. I bought the S21. At first i wasnt happy becaue the battery barely lasted a day with moderate use and there was heating issues. However, after the first update and the phone getting used to my use there is no longer a heating problem and i end the day with 50% battery left with moderate use. The audio is great. It's loud. The bottom speaker is louder than the top. The camera is great but Samsung's camera always had softness to it that i was never crazy about. I can't speak to gaming as i dont game. I do wish Samsung would include a charger. They include the cable but not a charger. No expandable storage. I dont like 5G. Verizon doesn't give an option to disable 5G but you can download a Band app that can disable it. The staff at Best Buy in Hartsdale are the best. They go above and beyond. Nice group of people.

Love my new Galaxy S21. It has a great camera and is easy to use. I was able to transfer everything from my old Galaxy Note 5 to it and I have 128 GB of memory versus 32 GB. It also transfer all my old photos and all the apps and contacts. There are new features, but not hard to figure out. Battery life also last more than 24 hours. The camera is fantastic and can do much much more with it. It did not matter on the color of the phone as I was able to get a shatterproof case that I like and glass protected screen to fit perfectly .

So far this phone appears to be a nice upgrade fom my Galaxy S9. It's faster, takes nicer pictures, and has far more features than my S9. I'm very pleased with it's performance.

I upgraded from my S7, which was running slowly, would take 2 days to fully charge and the charge would only last 2 hours. I ran out of space and had to delete apps if i needed more storage space. This new phone S21 5g is definitely an improvement. I have plenty of storage space for apps and pictures. The speed to fully charge is awesome and the charge lasts all day. I can finally leave my charger at home. ...you will need to get a new charger block as the charging cord was not compatible to the one i had for the S7.

Had to replace my S6 so this S21 looked like a good option. As could be expected, there are dozens of steps required to replace all the missing contacts, etc from my S6. S6 took a swim which essentially destroyed the phone and of course, nothing was backed up. S21 might be a tad larger than the S6 but not enough to make a difference. Camera looks to be excellent, volume and reception on the phone is equally good. Everything else is still in the process of being re-generated.

Traded in my S9 which was a great phone for the S21. Awesome display quality and easy to use. Best Buy phone team was efficient, patient, transferred my data and apps and answered my questions. I bought the new charger though my old one was ok, glad I did as it is much faster. Unfortunately the new cord does not fit in my car for charging, so I use my old cord. Took me a few days to get used tapping the screen and not having a "button" to use, actually like it better. Good value.

Love this phone!! Had the S10 before this. Such an improvement for me. It has all the functions plus more that I need. It is super easy to use and I have received many compliments on it already. I do recommend getting a screen protector just for the possibility of getting scratches. You can't go wrong with this phone!

No problems with this phone. Holds charge well, displays well. Overall very happy with this purchase.

We upgraded several generations to this phone, so there is a learning curve with the newer interface, but it's still a pretty intuitive phone that works well. It's fast with great call clarity and solid construction. No glitches thus far in function after a few months of use. It holds a charge through a workday with frequent use (though not streaming or the like). The size is a good compromise between a large screen and carry-able phone.

So far, so good. I purchased this for my 14yr old daughter who really loved the color of it. She was a fan of the iPhone, but I decided against any of the kids using Iphones because of the inability to use apps like Bark on the Iphones. Also, I have kids plans through Verizon and it allows parents to add the allowed phone numbers to their child's phone to limit spam calls and unknown callers, limit internet access if needed (like at night when they are supposed to be asleep or during school hours), tracks location (which helped a TON when her phone was stolen), and many other helpful parental tools. The iPhone allowed them to remove the content filters from the Verizon app working properly. The android phones require a specific code that can't be bypassed unless they know the code. She hasn't complained about anything on it so far and seems to like it. Has a great camera!

This is my 6th Galaxy to own over the years and by far my favorite. I didn't think I'd like it as much as my S10, but the camera is superior. The 8K videos are incredible! The screen resolution is great, and the battery life is too (I use it moderately and charge every other day). It doesn't come with a charger, but it uses the usb-c like my S10 did. Galaxy Buds Pro work great with it!

Huge upgrade from an old motorola i had for the past year after breaking my last galaxy while out of town(bought only because it was the best in stock option at the time and business doesnt allow me to be without a phone so couldnt wait on ordering another samsung) .. lighting fast responsiveness. Good camera and hd quality picture. Night and day difference

I have never had a phone that I liked more than this one. After 9 months and constant usage, the charge holds for over one day. And it came with the super fast charger so it recharges in less than an hour typically. The quality of the photos is better than any camera I've ever had, and I'm a senior so that's saying something.

Screen clarity is brilliant, phone is very fast and battery life excellent. Pretty impressive feature with the on-screen fingerprint reader: if you install a glass screen protector (which we did) it has you re-adjust your fingerprint to account for the additional effective thickness of the screen with the protector on, so that your fingerprint scanner still works great.

Replaced a S9+ with cracked screen with the S21 and for the most part, the S21 has been an equivalent phone for a better price (purchased on sale). Camera is much better than S9+, but we really miss the SD card capability. It was nice to have a lower priced Samsung option with a good camera since we're not power users and just needed a phone with solid functionality.

I love everything about this phone! The cameras are amazing! The system features make it very customizable. It's got more horsepower and storage than my previous phone, the Galaxy S9+, but it's about the same screen size and lighter weight. And the color!! The Phantom Violet is gorgeous!
