I needed a phone, and this phone is great. I'm still finding more features that it has. Happy with my purchase.

The camera is AMAZING!!! I bought this phone to upgrade from a Galaxy S7. Love that it's not the bigger size and almost the same size as my last phone. Very happy with the phone.

Good Phone for the price. We been Galaxy users for a LONG time. Only thing Samsung skipped on was the memory card, but the 200 dollar higher one has it.

Phone works very well. Pictures are good quality. Phone calls are clear. I'm enjoying using my new Samsung Galaxy S21 5G.

NICE PHONE. EASY TO USE. battery seemd to hold up. staff didnt take the time to transfer data just said i could do it using the sync app.

The staff at best buy manalapan was excellent!!! I had some issues purchasing the Samsung s21 and transferring info from one phone to other..each person I delt with was exceptional. Each one took their time..explained what was going on..they were respectful and excelled at what they did. Highly recommend purchasing phone at bestbuy.

I thought I was getting very good service from JJ. He seemed to be knowledgable and transferred my data from an S7 to the new S21. It did take a LONG time - but I was happy that my new phone had all my information. That lasted until we got in the parking lot. The phone was at 20% power so I tried to plug it into the car charger. It didn't fit! AND there was NO WALL CHARGER in the box for my new phone! That's like selling a car without a key! Our next immediate stop was Walmart to buy chargers for this new size. I'm not as upset about Samsung wanting to nickle and dime customers - as I am that we were not TOLD about this change! I think employees selling this product should tell customers there is NO WALL CHARGER and the USB size is different than previous versions. I don't know when Samsung made that change - but the experts SHOULD know!
