good phone - every once in a while it gets hot when in use

Good phone but hard to auto focus the camera vs manual

Enjoying the use of my phone. Not tech savvy, but most things are easy to operate. Battery life WAS awesome, used to last almost 2 days, now only 1. Of course the battery life could be attributed to my carrier t mobile who's going to 5g, was told I might have to switch sims cards.

First, let me start by thanking Best Buy Mobile activation department and customer service for the outstanding job they did to resolve all my issues. With that out of the way, let start with this phone. I upgraded 3 lines with Best Buy. All where Samsung phone but different models. My first issue with the new S21. No charger is included. On the box is the phone a USB type C to Type C, the pin tool, and the manual. Really Samsung? Now charger? Since my other 2 phones came with there chargers I used the Note 20 charger. Second issue. Activation. For some reason, the normal activition failed numerous time. Had to contact Sprint so they can do it by their end. Third and final issue. This one is a major issue for me. This phone overheats. After just over an hour of charging this phone was really hot. I my new Note 20 ultra side by same with the same charger and the Note never felt warm. After charging it. I left it cold down. My connected the phone with my daughter old phone to use the Smart Switch. During that process the phone got really warm. Later my daughter made a couple of phone calls and told me she couldn't keep the phone on her ear because it was too warm. At night, she left it charging. In the morning the phone was burning hot. I mean really hot. Remember the Note 7 issue. It came to my mind and I did some Google research. There's many complains of other user with the same issues. Apparently, Samsung is working on some firmware to help with that but I was not going to wait until the phone go "Note 7" and explodes. I contacted Best Buy and they helped me with the exchange. I changed it for another Note 20 which come with a charger and have no issue. So, my experience maybe will not the same for you. However, I can recommend this phone to anyone. Just think about it. Why some carrier are giving "bogo" offers with the S21.

My wife is using the phone and likes it after our daughter set up the settings for her. We do not know how much 5G adds to the experience but it seems to be a top of the line phone and service.

Great deal. And the Assistant Manager Gabby was just awesome. Five star customer service. My son needed a phone, but Margate store didn't have any. Otherwise we would have gone back there.

The phone itself is good. Was told by several people that since I upgraded then I pre-ordered I was quaranteed a Samsung Credit of $200.00. Once I registered for the credit, it came back as just being $100.00 Samsung Credit. I went back in to Best Buy where I pre-ordered and was told "whoops, I was not aware that it was an "Up to Charge". I am very disappointed when I did not even need to upgrade and my original phone was almost paid off. This makes me not ever want to shop there again.

Best Buy Rep said that T Mobile would unlock this phone. T Mobile wants to see a 40 days bill pay before unlocking. SO WRONG......

Titus and Alexandra were great help! Very courteous and professional. I traded cell phones and my carrier was creating an issue, they were very patient and helpful with the situation.

This phone is great, but if the battery lasted longer if would be a five ⭐. The set up in store took FOREVER, so next time we will set up at home.

Great phone with 5G capability. Also keep downloading apps by itself . Had to take the time to learn about the new features on the phone .

Not major changes and hate that it seems more and more like an apple product. Just not impressed. Hate where the buttons are like for the screenshot. Miss having the ability to use wired head phones if needed. All cases for this phone have been awkward. Samsung could really make improvements.

Bought when on sale as upgrade for daughter's phone. She really likes the newer features coming from a Note 5. Great clarity on screen and talking on other end.

It has been a very good phone so far. I was hesitant to purchase this at first because the samsung phone i had before this one was a lemon.

Love my Samsung phone. This was an upgrade for me and the features are very similar to my previous Samsung. I would definitely recommend this phone.
