Very easy to use and great 5G coverage with T-Mobile

It's a phone. Big deal. It works just the same as my S7 - except that's being phased out due to 5G. A BIG annoyance - the charging wire that comes with the S21 - it doesn't fit ANYWHERE!!! The place in the phone - it's too small for the S7 plug. The other side - it's too small for ANY USB port - I can't plug it into an electrical outlet, I can't use it through my tablet, it doesn't fit into any of the adapters I have. So I was FORCED to buy new charging wires for home, car and work because the one that comes with the phone DOESN'T FIT ANYWHERE!!! So I've had my S21 for less than 24 hours, and I already hate it.

Struggling to enjoy my new phone - Samsung Galaxy S21. I've got 2 or more of all the basic functions - chat, contacts, messages, etc. So I'm not sure if I'm picking the right one(s) to work or interact with each other. Messaging is clunky. Instead of swipe left to erase, you have to go to dots, select messages, select delete, are you sure you want to delete, send to trash. Huge PITA with all the verification codes you get. Plus the messaging has these sticky dots that annoying to get rid of and I've found when they stack up, it's easy to lose a message notification in the stack. Phone app is clunky too. NO VOICEMAIL. IT'S A SEPARATE APP. ANOTHER PITA. CONTACTS are all over the place. No flow. Navigation is stupid. From home, it's swipe down and then swipe across. Constantly getting it wrong and having to start over. BIOMETRIC RECOGNITION fights me. NEVER GETS THE THUMBPRINT on the first try. Often have to put in PW bc it gets frustrated too. NOTHING COOL AND SLICK LIKE YOU WOULD WANT IN THE LATEST PHONE. UGH. Stuck in a bad phone.

I hated this phone. Had to trade up due to my phone no being compatible with T-Mobile. Loved my lg g8x so going to this was a misery. Didn't really like the phone design or screen resolution. Much happier when I traded this in for my current phone. If Samsung fan go with ultra series

I brought this phone a month and a half ago. The phone keeps shutting down for no reason. It is happening even if I am on a call. I had to reactivate my old phone to make a call. I have tried restarting it. I can’t imagine what could be wrong after 6 weeks. I have never had a phone stop working in less than 18 months something is definitely wrong with it. The phone keeps getting hot.

Can't really review something you don't have when it has been delayed & the order is probably going to be cancelled because you no longer have it in stock. Should never had allowed the item to be purchased if you didn't have it to ship
