Great upgrade from S7! Great battery life and feature packed.

Great upgrade from the S9, lighter and thinner. Easy to use.

After cellular company would not help with detective device, I had to buy a new device. Very happy with the S21. No problems! Transferred phone information quickly from old device. Camera takes stunning photos. No lag or dropped calls. Best Buy experience was great, took no time at all and customer service was fantastic! Very happy customer!

Great phone with smooth display and long battery life.

The product is OK, good camera, fair speakers. Real problem with the newer phones is no headphone jack and no SD card. I am really annoyed with Best Buy. I wanted a Pixel 5, but was talked into the S21 because it was supposed to have an micro SD card slot. After moving my 200 apps to the new phone, I found out he as lying.

5G is awesome and screen is a lot better than S20.

Pretty good zo far! Only had it for a week and still adjusting. Upgraded from my S8. It does have a louder speaker which i like, and obviously longer battery life. Hate the short charging cord and the fact that i had to buy a new block. But everything else is great. I did get an awesome black friday deal (buy one at $800 and get one free) so you can't beat it!

Good quality and for someone with small hands, it's not too difficult to use one-handed. The only issue I have with Samsung is that when they do updates they erase all of my passwords so I have to re-log into several of my apps, which is just annoying. Other than that, I'm happy with the phone.

Upgrade from recently broken screen S8 and for a great price ($599). The volume button being on the opposite side takes some getting used to. Also the missing audio jack and upgradable memory is a miss, but fair trade off for the low cost. Hope this S21 phone lasts me a few years like my S8 and S6 did.

So far i am impressed. It did take several hours to activate and transfer all of my stuff from old phone to this one in store. I upgraded from a galaxy 7 edge. The camera is great! So far no issues other than you have to buy a new box to charge it since it doesn't come with one.

Awesome phone! It has plenty of storage for my husband's needs, the camera is phenomenal (super far zoom), the speakers are great, the screen is sharp... it's everything he was hoping for and more (I steal it when I want to take great pictures and videos)! We highly recommend.

The camera is great on this phone. Pictures are clear and sharp. The edit function for videos is hreat. And while I loved my S9, it took 6 hours to upload a video to youtube with that phone. With this S21, it took a half hour. I love the color, too. Glad I upgraded.

Impressive camera, quick response time. A little odd that the newer galaxy phones do not have the blinking notification light on the front of them. Overall another quality samsung product.

Nice new phone. Transfer of data took longer than I expected, but once it was completed, everything else has been smooth. The team at Best Buy was very patient and helpful. It is not the top of the line, but has enough bells and whistles for me.

I was overdue for a new phone. I like the Samsungs and am an Android fan. This is s good phone in my book. Only complaint would be no headphone jack. I know that's probably old school thinking, but really...how hard would it be to have as an option?

I upgraded from a 3+ year old S9 that had a small crack in the screen and the battery wasn't lasting all day. It is definitely an upgrade. Alot like my old phone and the battery lasts all day with out a problem. I waited for a sale to get it down to $500 which is definitely worth.

A much needed upgrade from my previous dinosaur of a phone. Good phone. Main thing of note would be the camera. I am still playing with it there are SO many features. My son has the iPhone 12 and the camera on my phone is FAR superior!

So far it's been a great phone, I've have had it about 2-3 weeks now.. Love the camera on it! Was disappointed they didn't have all of the color choices the phone comes in but after putting a case on it I guess it doesn't really matter.
