We are receiving calls still and notifications but the screen is black. The only option for us is to mail it in to Samsung and wait three weeks for them to fix it. It has never been dropped or exposed to water. This phone sucks.

Horrible phone & awful Customer service

S21+ has issues and the customer service is horrible…they don’t replace the phone even after the screen went crazy with colors and the speaker went off ! They ask you to send it for a repair after long process of repairing with UBREAKIFIX store …my phone is still have the side sticker that comes with like brand new.. Save your money.. not worth it !

The only options in the network settings is automatic or manual. Have tried 2 different sim cards under Verizon and neither one seems to work. They both work fine in my S20 plus with no problems but not in the S21 plus. Nobody has any answers. It's past the return window so I'm stuck with a phone I can't use. Save your money cause this phone is garbage!!!
