I am not a very tech person but this phone was easy to navigate. Easy to use. Love the extra memory. I love the Samsung Galaxy phones.

Phone has been a huge upgrade from my S9. Does everything I've always done...better, and faster. The 256gb internal memory makes up for the lack of memory card and moving/ sending pics is easy because.... it's a Samsung/android. I do miss the placement and near perfection of the fingerprint scanner on my s9. The s21 one is a bit...off. The 120hz display is gorgeous and seamless. I don't really miss the curved screen as much as i thought i would. Streaming xbox games is simple and all in all a more smooth experience. Camera is gorgeous. No complaints at all

Good phone with good camaera. I love the zoom out feature on the phone when taking photos. Processor is fast.

So far, I like the phone a lot, much better than the Galaxy S-7 that I replaced. Battery life is excellent and phone is much faster.

The verdict is still out on my Samsung - Galaxy S21. I really like the camera. The photo quality and zoom options are exceptional. But it is primarily a phone and I had some issues with people not being able to hear me for a couple of seconds at a time. I discovered that there was a little strip of plastic around the edge that I had not peeled off. I'm not sure if this was causing the problem. It did not appear to be covering the microphone. The Best Buy experience was perfect. I find that Best Buy frequently offers lower prices than buying directly through Verizon and I love the curbside pick up.

Excellent phone. Fast and effective. Much better phone than my S8.

I life the new phone. I've never had a Samsung and they have made this so user friendly. I wish the clock in the top left corner was able to be made bigger. I can't see it. It's easier and less time to purchase a phone and have help setting it up than going to a Verizon store. This is my second phone purchase from Best Buy and it's hassle free and quick and easy.

There phones are ridiculously priced and dont last anymore. Last time I buy a Samsung phone. Always having problems with it.

Solid phone. Lots of storage. Battery/phone gets very warm with heavy use. Overall satisfied with the purchase but will miss my Pixel.

big upgrade from my previous samsung galaxy phone, same size but larger screen. 5G capability is really nice for speed. Overall very happy with this phone

Camera is great. Not too thrilled with the rest of it though. It's very confusing and difficult to use and there were no instructions with it and no charger. I'm sorry I got it now.

Like every new phone I have to get used to it but transferring phone was pretty easy. It takes beautiful pictures and the sound is good.

Although there were some hitches getting my new phone going, I was greatly appreciative of the 3-4 crew members who helped with the seamless transition of all my apps and data from the old phone to the new. That kind of service is why I went to BB rather than the Verizon store.

EASY TO HANDLE WORKS SUPER FAST WILL DO AS MUCH AS A LAPTOP COMPUTER MORE FEATURES THAT ONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO WITH

Good phone. So far I've had issues with dropped calls though and i cant get the keyboard to setup right when I'm doing mobile gaming. Those are my main issues about it. Hope i can find alternatives to the keyboard and hope the dropped call issues doesnt happen again or an update happens to fix it

Great phone and easy to order through Best Buy. Me and my wife really like the camera quality.
