This is a great price for a phone that leaves nothing to be desired. It has all the features you'd want at a great price. The back is mafe of plastic versus glass which is honeslty a blessing as theres no need to worry about broken back glass. Would highly recommend this phone.

Good phone easy to use no complaints at all ,battery lasts enough time with out charger

Great customer service - since Best Buy provided a rebate on our old phone, the service rep moved the data and to the new phone without a glitch. Replaced a Samsung Galaxy S8, so the camera and processor is much improved with the S21.

Wanna laugh? Had to buy this "old" phone to accommodate my Aunt's Diabetes pump and the "apps" she now needs to learn and use! she's 80 by the way! Shame on medical for this!!!

Upgraded to the S21 FE from my S8 that I loved. So far I have been very happy with this new phone. Still learning some of the new features but it has been very user friendly. Battery life is way better! Not a fan of the change in doing screenshots, though. For me, it is much easier using a button on each side vs two buttons on the same side.

A major upgrade from my flip phone. Really impressed and still going strong!
