I ordered it thinking it was unlocked to use with my boost moblie account i have. No. I bought 2 phones and both were locked and useless. I went to boost store and they told me the phones werent unlocked and i couldnt use them. I will never buy from best buy app again. Ill go in store. I wasted $360 on these. So inconvenient. I feel lied to.
