Having to buy an adapter because there is no phone jack,and an charger was pretty inconvenient.

However my new phone requires a different headset connection and they didn't mention that to me. I now have to make another trip to the store or order online.

False moisture error FTMFL

At first it will seem impressive but after a year, perhaps intentionally after the warranty period ends, it will develop issues. Mine now lies and claims there is moisture in the charging port.
