As far as the phone goes... it's great. Clear photos...quick enough processing. Then there's the battery...it was fine for about a month before it started draining like a dam with an open spillway. It just WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE.

Security features not working very good

For several years now I've owned Samsung phones and have always had good luck with them. This phone however is very frustrating and has to do with the security features. The fingerprint reader doesn't work for me most of the time even though I have saved several images of the same fingers. I've tried deleting the saved images and re-scanned my fingers and always end up with the same problem. The face recognition only works half of the time for some reason and at the end I end up using the number code to get into my phone. I've had the phone since February and I'm about ready to try something else. As far as the rest of the phone features they all work great and I've had no problems with battery life.

I upgraded from an S9 and I'm definitely satisfied with this phone. I don't understand all the bad reviews about it, must be apple employees. Supposedly samsung didn't improve much from last years S21 model but that doesn't matter to me because I didn't have that phone. So yeah, its been really good so far and I'm enjoying it. Glad I bought it.
