However it lags all the time. The battery for this is complete garbage, I didnt even have extra apps installed and the battery would die quickly. I had the light setting set to low and nothing worked. So disappointed. I had to return it. Would not purchase again

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had this since april and i absolutely HATE this phone. just came from a pixel 3 which was bad enough, but samsung interface is even worse. gestures are turned off, but still acts like i touch the screen when i don't; screen goes off after 3 - 5 seconds even though i have settings to stay on for 10 minutes (no option for never); whatever happened to turning into a usb drive when plugged to a pc? now you need some software and (samsun dex) it doesn't even work - it's connected via usb, but keeps wanting to connect wirelessly to my pc even though there's no wireless ability for my pc. so many more things wrong with the whole user interface/experience. it also has some spam phone call blocker that sucks. somehow it decided that my work number from MS teams is spam and there's no way to allow it through. even if it's in my contacts, i still have to turn off the samsung spam blocker.

Mistakes happen and the phone seemed great but Best Buy's response was absolutely the worst possible.
