Not as much protection from dropping as other much more expensive options but 100% protective from scratches including the screen since there is just enough of a lip on the front top and bottom. For the price and the clarity of the clear case you will not find anything that compares.

It fits like a glove, and the kickstand is very stable when opened, and when it is closed the phone lies down at a minimal angle, but is not shaky. I also like the fact that the sides do not go up so high as to interfere with a screen protector.
