Good phone to use

Giving 3 stars because I had an issue with microphone 3 months after using the phone and need to work with Samsung customer care for weeks to fix it.

Mine died and I rushed to Best Buy in a panic cuz I need my phone for work. Best Buy staff was amazing and together they worked to fire my phone up and get my new phone up and running in no time. Thank you Best Buy!!!

He is an amazing kid, so I guess it is worth it in the end

Although a bit pricey, it was well worthwhile buying it outright and the speed and memory on it are phenomenal! This phone is the ideal size and helps multitask with ease.

Im still getting used to it but im really pleased. It charges fast, the photos are excellent and it works really well. I have nothing to criticize.

The camera is better and the 5G network is nice. The annoying part was that the USB C charger was USB C on both ends so I can't charge it in my house without buying another adapter! Very frustrating.
