    The phone was in perfect condition and looked brand new. It was packed carefully and arrived quickly. The camera is very vivid and takes great photos. However, the battery is not in good health; it's actually worse than my 5-year-old S20. I am currently asking for a replacement. Customer service was very helpful and sent me a shipping label right away. I hope to receive the replacement soon.
