The internet service is a lot faster on my new phone and it takes better pictures than my old phone which was a Samsung Prevail 2

This is a great phone, but it is loaded with bloatware. IMO, it would be nice if there was a smaller version with similar specs.

Bought this phone for camera and video. Excellent pictures and video is great, but audio on video is terrible for concerts. I do like better than Apple IPhone 5s, Which is what I had before.

shes absolutely in love with it . takes amazing photos that blow the iphone out of the water, and its cheaper than the iphone !

I upgraded from an S3 to an S5. The S5 has been pretty easy to adapt to, with few big changes in terms of what I need to do.

Granted I upgraded from the S 3 to the S 5, but this phone is so much improved. The operating system seems to be smoother. Auto-correct is frustrating with its choices, i.e. you spell the word you want and it changes it 'for you'. Becareful when upgrading through BB, though. Was never made aware that I was going to be paying $25.00 more per month on my service plan for a phone that cost me $0.01.

I have always been a fan of the Samsung Galaxy phones. I used to have an S3 but I accidentally submerged it in water. I had to use an iphone for awhile and it just wasn't the same. The S5 is much better for anyone who uses all google applications fervently like I do - including gmail. The iphone gmail app just doesn't come close.

easy to use, great camera, large screen for us old folks

Love that it charges up so fast, and keeps a charge for a long time. Don't like that data has to be turned on, to send or receive photos.

excellant pictures it took time to know how to use it but that could be from being my 1st but it is amazing what it can do

I have been a fan of Samsung for quite a while, probably my last 3 or 4 phones, and they are just getting better each time. They Samsung crew at Best Buy was able to transfer all my data from my previous phone, including my apps, setup my accounts, gave me quick tutorials to my questions and had me on my way feeling confident about my ability to use my new phone right off. Thanks, guys.

I stay on it all the time never thought I would. I play games all the time. I never hardly even used my phone before I got this one. The picture quality is great and the sound is great too. The battery will last all day even though I stay on it most of the day.

My phone is user friendly. High tech deliver good quality sound. Affordable compared to an ipod. The phone features are great. I call my friends and family around the world. I would recomend this phone to my relatives family and f riends. I feel sophisticated just using the phone. This phone is a great competition with the 5S and 5C

Bought this phone to upgrade from my Gaxay S3... Haven't regretted it one bit (yes, I'm a generation behind; it causes less stress about breaking it! lol) Great phone and a seamless transition at the Best Buy Mobile center in Tacoma, WA thanks to Barry (the main store, not in the mall). The Samsung Smart Switch app really helped get my contacts, music and other files moved over w minimal effort on my part. If you want to save money but still want a new phone, give this one a try!

This phone has all that I need, period. An amazing phone with a lot of cool features. Highly recommend the galaxy line.

This is a great phone. Camera takes amazing photos. Great video quality. Sound for audio is great. Battery lasts long.the screen is amazing, blows the iPhone screens away. I can add storage for more space or buy an extra battery which I think is very nice. No lag, runs apps flawlessly. Would definitely recommend over an iPhone.

I really love this phone. I just wish that I didn't have to replace the SIM card that came from my old phone. The girl who helped me was very polite, but put a new SIM card into the S5 since she couldn't get my HTC One X open. She told me that I would just need to call AT&T and they would activate the new SIM card for me. I wound up going to an AT&T store and they had to activate the SIM card for me and told me that the girl at Best Buy could have just done that step for me.

Easy to use, lots of options to choose. My Best Buy Associate was very helpful. Great buying experience! Love that there are free classes that I can attend to learn how to use all of the great features.
