I really like the android operating system. The phone features are easy to use and the apps are plentiful.

Up graded to this phone for the parents. They are older and thought it was time to upgrade to a smart phone. So far they like it a lot and are still learning how to maneuver the system.

This is my second smartphone. I previously had an iPhone and wanted to try something new. So far my only problem is getting used to the operating system differences.

I like the phone and it's options. The size is a little larger than my last one, but you get used to it. Very nice phone and features.

I purchased this phone for my son for Christmas. I did have some difficulty with he activation process through Best Buy. Other than that, we have been very happy with this purchase.

Faster than my old HTC. Like the hand writing recognition. I can just drag my fingers across the screen and it types. Correct 80% of the time, except proper names and abbreviations.

After being a long time iPhone user, the switch to Samsung has been the best choice I could have made

This is my fourth galaxy family of products I have purchased for my family, love the phone, love the screen, love the footprint. Samsung makes the best android devices hands down.

Great flagship phone from Samsung. I like the capacitive buttons vs on-screen buttons. The feel/grip is nicer than the LG G3 for me.

Love the "Alerts", get up to the minute sports results, know what's happening before it's posted to the internet - and so much more.

There's so many cool updates, including the text suggestions where the phone brings up suggested words based on context. I also like seeing texts and calls when I bring up a contact.

This was bought for my husband due to his I - phone quit working.It was a good pick for him, easy to navigate.He is not a tech man.

I could not be more happier than I am with my Galaxy S5 that I got from Best Buy. The phone has a lot of great features and such that I really enjoy. Overall, it's a cool phone!

Great phone, but the associates talk you into programs, and not give you the full story. Very disappointed. Also some associates were very rude and not helpful, on black Friday.

Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. I carry my phone only when I go out. If I have to wait, it occupies me with the games. If I don't have my camera, my phone takes its place.

Love the phone and service I got at the kiosk. Should have waited for thanksgiving for 0 down but was too eager to get the phone.

Bought this one for the wifey. (I actually bought it for me, but she stole it!!) Easy enough to just swap the SIMs on ATT. She loves it and it was a great upgrade from the S4.

I love my new phone. The electric blue one came out only at Best Buy and it was marked down to $99. I am pleased with the quality of the phone and I absolutely love the color.

This was an upgrade for me from the Samsung Galaxy 4. There are a lot of accessories available for the S5 just like the S4. I use the phone in connection with the gear watch.

It operates very well but it was made more difficult to use without extensive explainations. I am finding more uses for certain programs which is really nice but I should have not purchased this upgrade. The S4 would have worked better for me I think.
