    VPN is problematic, battery life sucks, apps crash. The new Android is not ready for prime time. I have tried and tried to go the Android way to get out of the Apple ecosystem, but it just doesn't work as well. I am happy for those who enjoy it, but if you pick up this phone (which I did today) and you then pick up a iPhone 5s, the Galaxy will only win on screen size. And as much as I want the 5" screen, it isn't worth all you have to give up. Back to iPhone I go...

    I've had this phone for about 2 months. I loved it at first and would still love it if it hadn't started freezing up on me. I went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy to have the problem fixed. They tried, unsuccessfully. Now I'm waiting for a refurbished replacement. Refurbished?! I bought a new phone not a used phone. This is not my first Samsung phone, it's my third. The phones have always been great. Performed beyond expectations. The Samsung S 5 is a big disappointment.

    Locked bootloader makes it junk

    Don't buy this its a piece of junk. AT&T and Samsung refuse to release the key required to unlock the bootloader so you are stuck with AT&T software and slow android updates(also CarrierIQ spyware). Also you can't use any root applications. Do yourself a favor and get the TMO atleast they respect their customers enough to not sell them a locked piece of junk.
