Bought two...one for me and the Mrs. So far we're very pleased. Hers kept opening if Safe mode and would not stop. Returned to Best Buy Mobile and they could not get it to open correctly and the next day replaced it with a new one.

Nice phone, but with a non removable battery, no sd card slot & not being waterproof makes it less then better for me. I will wait for these features to come back as they have their advantages over the S6.

This is my daughter's second S6. First one was broken after about a year and had to be worked on 4 different times. Mostly screen issues, flickering, lines, turning off etc. Sent back to Samsung and had varying results. Wouldn't replace the phone even though it was clear it was a lemon because their policy is they won't replace it unless the exact same problem occurs more than several times. If two or three different things cause the screen to not work that doesn't count they'll just keep fixing it and each time you're without a phone for a couple weeks. Hoping this one is better than the last. seems to be going ok so far after about 2 months

Loved my Samsung Galaxy S4 so decided on the Galaxy S6 for my replacement phone. I liked the idea of the water resistant S7 but normally don't get the latest model 1) to save money and 2) to allow time for the manufacturer to get the bugs out. This worked out especially good for me this time. I would not hesitate to get the S7 for my next phone now that the battery problem has been addressed.

My daughter loved this phone. She loved it so much she always had it with her, until it dropped into the toilet.

Great phone and great service from Best Buy. They have a Samsung counter that provides me with personalized service and all the workshops I need

The phone is great and the best they have made yet but what they don't tell you is you can't use the mobile data while using the phone. It will use WiFi but not mobile data.

I love my S6. My S5 was my first smartphone & I loved it! Upgraded to the S6 & gave my S5 to my son. My next phone will be a Samsung also. I've had no problems with them at all. I am a big fan of Samsung products.

I use this phone for work a lot it's awesome (gps) can't live without it.

Wifi does not work on this phone. Web pages crawl and take minutes. Once I switch to LTE, its fine. This is for any wife router, not just at home. Complete waste of money. Good thing Samsung and wireless providers tested this out. Aside from that, the phone is so slippery as the back glass design was a poor choice. Didn't the iPhone 3 have a glass back? What is the point? So its more fragile? Android OS is completely buggy and unprofessional. You have a billion notifications and options to turn off or on and you have disable almost all features just so your battery does not drain by mid day. It's like you have a job once you buy this phone and you have to baby it and constantly fiddle with it. The Android operating system is complete garbage. If you are a loser and have time to mess around with stuff and are ok with things not working that you paid for, then by all means buy this phone.

Bought this for my Husband. This is our 5th galaxy. Best one to date.

I have had my s6 for two days and the battery is only lasting a few hours. Other than that I like the phone. No other issues yet.

Great upgrade from Galaxy S4 Cell Phone, faster processor

Traded up to this phone. Great features and ease of use.

I'm not the type that is into constantly updating my phone purchases multiple times a year. Rather, I'd have a sturdy and trusty phone. This was not my first purchase when I upgraded my phone. But after about a week, I was unhappy and Best Buy was fantastic about moving me over the S6. I'm still very happy with my purchase.

Great phone with lots of features and easy to use!

Purchased 2 Galaxy s6 Smartphones on 8/24/2015. On November 12, 1 phone went out and went to Best Buy that said it was not repairable by them and told to call Samsung. After 1 hour on the phone with Samsung not understanding 1/2 the conversation I was told they would email me more info on how to return. with a ticket # 4133083834. over a week later I still have NOT heard from Samsung. I went to Verizon explained the situation and they immediately sent me a new phone. I would not Recommend Samsung due to their TERRIBLE SERVICE. The products are in my opinion the best. THE SERVICE STINKS. When dealing with any service problem we all must understand the language.

Have had to charge it everyday and I seldom use it. Today it was at 50% at noon and at 4:55 when I checked it again it was down to 22% and I hadn't used it at all. Also had it on Power Saver and low brightness.

this phone isn't up to standard with what Samsung has released in the past years. it has crashed multiple times and refuses to do basic functions without a hassle. my phone is only 8 months old
