Wonderful phone. Very intuitive, easy to get used to (upgrade from S3). No glitches, clear signal from Verizon, meant a great decision in upgrading. Highly recommended. Had a few questions- the Samsung booth-guy at the local Best Buys makes the purchase a no-brainier. His knowledge about a few esoteric questions I had was unbelievable. Wow- personalized attention whenever you need it--Samsung and Best Buy you are THE BEST!!

I purchased this as a replacement for a malfunctioning Moto X. The display's quality is terrific, and the processor is fast. I also like the slim fit. One complaint is that the apps on the home screen tend to rearrange themselves a LOT. I know that's an Android issue, but I rarely had that problem on my Moto X. I also like the Moto X's integration of Google Now over that of Samsung. All in all, however, I am happy with the purchase.

This is the best smartphone I have owned. Screen is the perfect size. The camera is really good.

Absolutely love my new Galaxy S6 phone. For so long I had to deal with a Galaxy S3 Mini and it definitely was time for an upgrade. The people at the Best Buy Mobile section helped me through all the confusing process of an upgrade and showed me the best things I can do with the phone. Love the Virtual Shot Camera feature as well!

Purchased this as a gift for my father. I chose this over the S6 Edge because it was easier to hold than the edge. While the Edge version looked much nicer, it was awkwared to hold and since there was going to be a cover on the phone, it was pointless to go for the more aesthetically pleasing one. This phone was also cheaper. All in all, very happy with the product and was able to get it during the $1 price promo.

Picked up the preordered phone. It is a great smartphone, especially the display and processor speed. It is too bad that the Best Buy sales associate was such a pain to deal with when obtaining the phone. He acted like he was bored and treated me as though I bored him. I subsequently exchanged the screen protector, case, and extended warranty plan after additional research on my part and a more friendly sales associate.

He seems to like it pretty well..Not as unhappy as that old phone he had. I went from the droid 3 to an s4 and have really liked it (except battery life. I thought the droid 3 was bad, but s4 seems to be a bit worse but not enough to really say no to the galaxy universe. Overall a better phone so new generation? I just ordered an s6 edge for myself so we will see how that fares over my s4. If it isn't great, might go back to droid. Droid sounds cooler and if it does have a better battery life...But it's a pretty cool phone overall.

I had a Samsung Note 3 that I was not happy with. The Note 3 would drop my Wi-Fi at home and I was using excessive data. I had the phone checked out several times, but it continued to occur. Having previously been an iPhone user I was thinking of upgrading to an iPhone 6. I am glad I didn't. I couldn't be happier with the phone. It's easy to use and the size is much more manageable than the larger Note 3 was.
