    Had this phone barely a month and it is already acting like my old Samsung. Freezes, takes a second to respond to touch, and sometimes refuses to open apps. Battery life is abysmal, sometimes barely lasting through my work day where it sits in a drawer untouched. For some reason this phone refuses to sync as seamlessly with my Gear Fit as my S4 mini. Use to be able to swipe my old phone if the watch was within range, but now it only unlocks the new phone about half the time.

    My wife loves her phone. And we have loved the Best Buy phone store service!! While you can buy the phone many places, the Best Buy service made all the difference both on the day of the sale and with user issues the next day; we didn't know how to fix a problem we had the but store personnel had an immediate answer. Even better than the Verizon support staff that we talked to first!
